00:35Think back to John F. Kennedy, when he ran, people were afraid of Catholics.
00:38You know, they were afraid he would support the Pope and not the people.
00:42Well, he didn't.
00:43You know, he came out and he said that I'm here for the people, not the Pope.
00:47You know, I'm the president of the people.
00:51And same thing.
00:52I mean, there's too much xenophobia in this country.
00:55It's got to go away.
00:56It really does.
00:57It's kind of a, to me, it's a social sickness, really.
01:21Well, first of all, no, he's not too far to the left for Michigan.
01:25Michigan went for Bernie back in 2015 during the primary.
01:31Michigan has a lot of people who believe in Abdul El-Sayed's priorities and also believe that he is not
01:40anti-Jew.
01:41He is, wants our money, our governmental, our money to stay in our state, to stay in our country,
01:49and not fund what's going on in Israel.
01:52And I think people have to be very careful that they don't interpret that to mean he's anti-Jew.
01:59Because he's, he's not.
02:20I mean, they're really high stakes.
02:22I have two kids, and I am really worried about where things are going right now over the country.
02:29And I think we really need a good turnaround to make things better for future generations.
02:35That's what I'm most worried about.
02:36I think that if he were elected, I think we would be put in a better direction.
02:43And as a student, and as someone who's lower income, that's also something that I feel like he has made
02:52an important thing to talk about as well.
02:55So, that's what I'm hoping for.
