00:03We will work with the Secretary General on responsible next steps and we will continue our diplomatic efforts to resolve
00:11these frozen conflicts around the world. President Trump is a president that puts diplomacy first and we will continue those
00:20efforts.
00:21The peacekeeping issue, unfortunately, because of this veto, will end and we'll work with the Secretary General on a responsible
00:28drawdown. We offered a number of things to try to resolve those concerns and unfortunately we're not able to do
00:39so. So we'll work with the Council and work with the Secretary General on next steps.
00:45My question was going to be on the special envoy, Stéphane de Mistura, on his role, if you judged him
00:51useful so far, but I think you just answered on the hand.
00:55Stéphane de Mistura has been a strong and experienced partner in this process and I'll say there's a number of
01:03other issues that should be considered.
01:06The Spanish Parliament is considering legislation to offer citizenship to the Sahrawi people. The Moroccan government has transition plans and
01:17a number of humanitarian plans. UNHCR is fully engaged and so we will continue on a humanitarian basis but also
01:26a political basis to do everything we can to resolve this.
