00:03We are gonna make something really cool today. We're making vodka basil lemonade.
00:07Sounds like the most perfect and refreshing drink for the summertime.
00:10It's fresh, it's tangy, just a little bit sweet, and has a wonderful aroma from the fresh basil.
00:16So I do about a cup of water that I cook down with the basil, a little bit of sugar

00:20sweetness, and when you cook that over the stovetop the basil infuses into the flavor
00:25of the drink, then we add to pure fresh lemon juice. What's the next step? What do we do?
00:30Vodka. The vodka! You wanna add some? Yeah, absolutely.

00:39It's my turn to treat you. I'm gonna give you an amazing pop of colour manicure.
00:44I have a design that has a great pop of colour and will go with anything in Chloe's closet.
00:49Are you ready for it? Yes, I need a mayonnaise so badly. Let's do it.
00:55So this design is perfect because it's something that you can wear during the week in the day or at
01:00night.
01:00Two coats of the lighter blue colour, which is so pretty as you can see. I love the pastel.
01:06So different. Isn't it so cute? Yeah.
01:08And then you want to cap the free edge just so that it lasts that little bit longer
01:11because you always find that that's where it chips the most.
01:14Okay, so now that we've finished with Saltwater Happy, which is the lighter blue colour,
01:17I'm gonna go on for the design. This one is Pretta Surfer.
01:20Basically what I'm gonna do is create a quick swift movement with the polish,
01:24creating a line and then paint downwards.
01:26So the last step is the top coat and I've got this amazing Essie gel setter top coat
01:30and what you're gonna love about this is that it really does make your manicure last longer
01:34and also you can use it with any polish.
01:37She kept it really clean and simple, but it still had a fun edge, a little bit marred and chic.
01:42Okay, should we have a cocktail break? Yeah. Yeah. I think so.
