00:18We are a boozy ice cream parlor and cocktail bar. So we have actual 21 and up booze infused ice
00:26creams. We have CBD ice cream, really fun boozy milkshakes, sundaes, ice cream liqueur pour overs, and a full cocktail

01:07We have a really cool speakeasy flight that is a flight of our signature ice creams paired with pour overs
01:16and toppings and everything. That's really fun. It's a great item for two people to share.
01:42One thing I'm really proud of is that everything we make is from scratch in our shop. All of our
01:48ice creams, we pasteurize our own base from
01:50fresh ingredients. We make all of our toppings from scratch, even like homemade boozy marshmallows, candied orange peel, bourbon whipped
01:58cream, homemade waffle cones, and then everything on the bar side is made from scratch as well.
02:03We make our own ginger beer, which is so delicious, from fresh pressed ginger. We have like our own fresh
02:09pressed cara juice that goes in some of our cocktails, homemade grenadine, and a lot of fun.
02:26I knew I wanted to open an ice cream parlor and I knew I wanted it to be something a
02:29little more adult focused somewhere where I would want to hang out with my friends.
02:36It was literally this complete aha moment where I'm looking at my home bar cart and thinking, well, what else
02:42could I put in ice cream?
02:43And seeing like Bailey's and Frangelico and Amaretto and Kahlua, Limoncello, and I thought, oh my gosh, everything goes in
