00:00 Do you remember when this guy right here is not really enjoyable to make music now and his company
00:05 stole all the music that humanity ever produced by bypassing the copyright laws of all the streaming
00:12 platforms? I'm not talking shit. They admitted to it on court and nothing happened. Well,
00:16 they built a company, a company called that's actually worth 5.4 billion dollars, a lot of
00:23 money, and people got mad. And you see, the good thing about people getting mad is that they
00:27 organized. So some good folks decided to create a database called The Atlantic, where you can
00:33 actually check which companies have used your art without your consent in order to train their
00:39 generative models, not only for music, but also for video graphics and all sorts of things, right?
00:44 So every single musician ran to the website and checked if they were stealing their music. And
00:49 of course they actually did, which is that, but at least now you can take legal action. But since
00:54 this website includes all the generative AI tools, I thought to myself, instead of checking with my
01:00 band's name, I should check with my content creator name. So I looked it up. El Estepario Siberiano.
01:06 And apparently a company named RunwayGen3 has stolen 572 of my videos, just so that people can do this.
01:18 Cute. Now that pisses me off. Long format music video often takes me a week to rehearse and at
01:24 least a cost of 400 euros because I have to pay the camera guy and I have to pay the
01:29 audio
01:29 engineers. And they stole all of that. And it's not only me. This shit is being used to produce
01:34 things like this, which actually is this, or this, which actually is this, or this.
01:45 Oh no, not that. That's actually real. We'll talk about it on another video.
01:49 So from here, I want you to do two things. If you are a creator of any size, a thousand
01:54 followers
01:55 or a thousand million, go and check because we need to organize. Which brings me to the second
02:00 point. I just posted a full YouTube video talking about this situation and talking about how we can
02:06 organize. So if you have checked on your music, your video, or whatever your art is, and they have
02:13 stolen it, please come and check the video because we need to talk. And of course, if you have legal
02:18 advice and you can guide me on what the hell I should do in order to make these people pay,
02:24 please come to the video and leave a comment. I'm going to leave you the link on my bio and
02:28 thank
02:28 you for your attention. No drums today. Cheers.
