01:03You have to often go to different outlets to buy food and slowly this idea came to mind
01:09and three and a half years later here I am.

01:58Three and a half years of planning a lot of the time was spent on finding suppliers that
02:03are willing to go a little extra mile and figuring out ways how to reduce trash for
02:10me as a business as well because one thing is the customer comes and they bring their
02:15own jars and they don't create any trash.
02:17As a business I have to think about that as well.
02:19Most of the suppliers are local within 250 mile radius of New York City.
02:24For example, Spices is a Brooklyn company, pickles are from New Jersey and things like
02:30that.
02:30A lot of the grains and flowers are actually grown in New York State which is beautiful.
