00:37because it really complements a lot of
00:39the existing tattoos I have on my body
00:42and it won't necessarily clash so much
00:45with what I already have going on.

01:05So you mentioned purples, lavenders.
01:07I kind of like that.
01:08I like something along those tones.
01:10What I would love to do that would be a little bit different,
01:14a little bit interesting is I think put a little bit
01:16of a shadow color in there, like a nice,
01:19jewel-y kind of purple tone like you mentioned.
01:21And then we can start to pull through different layers of lavenders,
01:25kind of a softer, kind of violet-pink color.
01:28Something that still looks really fun, cool,
01:29and kind of current.

01:35So to begin this process, we want to lighten up the hair.
01:39Typically, I do this in the mids and the ends first.

01:48Once you get lighter, we'll go on to step two.
01:50I'm nervous because it has taken a long time to get my hair back to this healthy condition.
01:59Once I get the mids and the ends pretty light,
02:01I like to take all of the new growth and lighten that up.

02:23All right, so now it's time to blow dry.
02:25So we're going to get it all nice and dry,
02:27and then we'll apply that fun color.

02:45So we're going to go ahead and put on that darkest, richest color first.
02:50Apply that to all of the new growth.
02:55Then I'm going to layer on different colors of lavender, lilacs, and a little bit of pinks.
