00:01Hey, guess who's looking like Pippi Longstocking's up in here?
00:15How much hair would I have to get removed to become Miss America?
00:19You'd have to change your last name to America.
00:24Lemon.
00:25Oh, hi there!
00:26I'm television's Sashir Zameda, and I'm just testing out some cookie recipes for the ladies of the Riot Writer's Room
00:32this fall.
00:33It's Riot's two-day comedy writing lab in partnership with TBS to support diverse up-and-coming comedy writers who
00:39happen to be female.
00:40Why is this important? Diversity!
00:43Imagine a world where we only bake sugar cookies.
00:45I like sugar cookies, but you're also missing out on so much.
00:52Just to be clear, this is not a diverse cookie.
00:57Get in here, gals!
01:14You know, there's another key ingredient to this comedy concoction.
01:19Brand partners! I'm talking to you.
01:23We're giving you the opportunity to tap into the amazing talent in this room so they can get creative on
01:30your behalf.
01:31Give the writers room your message, your mission, and in return, you'll get some custom funny business.
01:38I'm talking videos, baby! Get them hilarious vids!
01:44And there's more.
01:45At the end of the weekend, participants will be able to pitch their projects to TBS, and one digital series
01:51will be piloted.
01:52Oh.
01:54Refinery29 is starting a riot in the writers room.
01:57A rioters room. Uh-huh.
02:03What?
02:03What? You thought women were just gonna stay home and bake cookies all day?
