00:13It feels a little bit stronger up here, kind of like a head crosswind.
00:17It's a little bit gusty, so maybe I'll be able to get along so we can get this off.
00:22There's a bit of a crosswind over here.
00:25If it's windy where you're at, obviously you don't need to jump.

01:41Oh no.
01:45Here's an interesting experiment.
01:47If you google image search the word woman, you see a variety of images that pop up.
01:52I see women who are hypersexualized, I see women who are infantilized, I also see a lot
01:57of white women laughing into salad bowls.
01:59When I google image search woman plus refinery29, the images I see are an amazing array of women
02:07being active participants in their lives in a way that is interesting, compelling, and
02:13more importantly, actually reflects real life.
02:15When my daughter asks me what I do, I tell her that I talk to women every single day about
02:21how to be true to themselves.
02:24This generation is driven by purpose.
02:26She's a woman who's not afraid to go for what she wants.
02:30Doesn't want to be spoken down to, doesn't want some sort of gimmicky bull .
02:36Who could possibly like being marketed to by people who don't understand them?
02:41They have money and they want to spend it in the right ways, and they look to us to help
02:45to guide that path.
02:47When that trust is established, we can drive true, authentic partnerships and conversations.
02:53If you want to talk to this generation of women, you come to Refinery29.
02:58Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter.
03:02It's where the user is consuming.
03:04Watchable.
03:05Zoomos.
03:06Periscope.
03:06And I think, I think that's it.
03:08I think that's it.
03:09There's probably more, but that's fine.
03:11We look at data with empathy at the end of the day, and we use that perspective to make
03:16stories that resonate with women.
03:18When you partner with Refinery29, you become part of the voice of this generation.
03:22This is an amazing evolution.
03:25Refinery29, it's just an amazing version of the fact that you've lost it.
03:26It's a great game.
