00:00Today, if I had a topic, what I would want to talk about, what I believe is a very important
00:06topic, it would be called America is turning its back on God. And that's just true. Oh,
00:17that's true in so many ways. And I just want to talk about the many ways today that America
00:22is turning its back, running from, not wanting anything to do with, not wanting to be restrained
00:27by the Spirit of God. It's very dangerous. It's very concerning. Oh Lord, have mercy upon
00:37our nation. We are, as Christians, underneath assault. We are called to tolerate everything.
00:45We're called to tolerate everything, condone everything that has nothing to do with God.
00:50Oh Lord, help us. They're asking us to accept it. They're asking us to call right wrong
00:56and wrong right. Have mercy on this nation, Lord. Have mercy on us. There's a preacher,
01:04a famous preacher by the name of Diedrich Bonhoeffer that says, silence in the face of evil is evil.
01:12God will not hold us guiltless. We, as the people of God, need to be more vocal about our faith.
01:22We, as the people of God, need to stand up and defend the gospel like the Bible says, defend the
01:31gospel.
01:32Help us, Lord. America, in many ways, is turning its back on Christianity. We're under attack.
01:41If I mention some things, like if I talk about gay marriage right now, and if I say that that
01:45is a sin,
01:46oh my goodness, I'm in trouble. Oh, we are underneath, as Christians, underneath an assault in our nation,
01:54an all-out assault to silence the word of God. It's ultimately against God. But since nobody can do
02:00anything against God, they come after his people. And in many ways, the church is guilty. Because what
02:08we have done, we have not preached the gospel of Christ, not the whole thing. We have preached the
02:15soft message. We have preached that which is really acceptable to everybody. We have preached God's
02:20love, but not God's judgment. Our God is a God of love, and I will not deny that. But our
02:27God is a God
02:27God that will judge. God bless you, God. God bless you. Our God is a God that will judge, and
02:33our God is a
02:35serious God. He is a holy God. He is a righteous God. Oh my goodness, help us. I ask and
02:41I call all of us.
02:43I ask our whole nation, please turn back unto God, for we are running from him like all get out
02:50of town.
02:50We don't want nothing to do with him. Our culture wants us to tolerate everything. They want us to include
02:57sin and tolerate everything, but they do not want us to, they do not want to tolerate us.
03:04What I mean by us is Christians. They do not want to tolerate Christianity. Be tolerant of LGBT. Oh yes.
03:11Be tolerant of the homosexual rights movement, all this stuff, but not Christianity. We can't speak
03:17about that God said that this is a sin, and we're supposed to apologize for that. But the Bible does
03:24not
03:24apologize. When I see the word of God apologize for sin, then I will apologize. There is a growing
03:30hostility in our culture toward Christianity, and most Christians are aware of it. We're aware
03:38that our culture does not want to have anything to do with anything of God. They want us to be
03:45politically correct about everything. They refuse. They want us to have political correction. But
03:51they don't want that to coexist with our religious beliefs. They want us to kick religious beliefs
03:56out, and they want us to, they want us to be politically correct about all things. Just a list of
04:02the ungodly
04:03legislation and where it's brought us. In 1962, the U.S. Supreme Court banned school-sponsored prayer in public
04:11schools, saying that it violated the First Amendment. So in 1962, they said no prayers in
04:18schools. Oh, help us. Look at what we got in schools now. Some schools have metal detectors
04:25in them, because they worried about guns in schools now. Oh, help us. In 1970, pornography was
04:32legalized. You can no longer prohibit the sale, exhibition, or distribution of sexual material
04:39to consenting adults. That was in 1970. Then the internet picked up. And now, if you watch
04:46pornography, my goodness, look at where we've traveled. Look at how decadent our culture has
04:50become. Okay, so we keep on traveling. In 1973, the Supreme Court case, Roe v. Wade, decided
04:58that pregnant women should have the right and the liberty to have abortion. By our legislation
05:05and bylaws, we are legally able to kill babies that are made in the image of God. But, but
05:13that is not God's law. America has made up its mind. We're going to do what we want to
05:18do because we're going to do what we want to do. Have mercy, God. So, in 1980, the Supreme
05:26Court rules that it was unconstitutional to have the Ten Commandments in public schools
05:30for religious purposes. Just taking step after step, no Ten Commandments in school. We don't
05:37want that kind of stuff in school. Look at us as we just walk step by step by step trying
05:42to remove God from everything. And you think that we're going to get away with it, but you
05:47do not get away with sin when it comes to God. God gives us a time to repent. We are
05:52in a
05:53time when we need to repent. America needs to repent. And that's not popular, but it is
06:00true. We need to fall on our face and ask God to forgive us and return back to His ways,
06:09return
06:10back to His statutes, return back to His command. Oh, His commandments are wonderful. In 1915,
06:16I mean none of them, sorry. In 2015, the Supreme Court ruled that same-sex marriage couples have
06:22a fundamental constitutional right to marry in our courts. We're not to be evil towards
06:29people that are homosexual. We are to say that that sin in God wants you to come out of that.
06:33That is not, per the Bible, that is not the way God made people. Oh, God does not make us,
06:40oh Lord help us. He is not responsible for the sin that we commit. In 2021, we are dealing
06:47with right now, an Equality Act. And it's an Equality Act that says that we cannot exercise
06:53our constitutional rights as it would pertain to our conscience or religion. What that means
06:59is, we cannot refuse anybody's service. Like the case where the woman had, would not serve
07:06a cake to a gay marriage due to her conscience. Or, in a situation where the photographer would
07:12not take pictures of a gay marriage. Now, we gotta accept everything. The church gotta accept
07:18gay pastors. Help us. Help us, Lord. We cannot exercise our right to conscience. That's what's
07:27going on in Congress now. Help us all. I pray over our nation all the time. I pray that
07:32the people of God would get a backbone, stand up to the things that, and speak out on things
07:38that God commands us. The Bible commands us, and Jude says, defend the faith. Contend for
07:44the faith. We are losing the faith in our culture. We're losing the things of God. I'm not a preacher
07:51that likes to harp on things at all. But my goodness, we have strayed so far that I'd be guilty
07:57guilty not to talk about this kind of stuff. Oh, I don't want blood on my hands when I stand
08:03before my God. We are turning away from God. We are walking away from God. No, I would say
08:08we have already turnt on God. We have ran from God. How do we think this will sustain?
08:15Logical. Let's logically look at this. If God holds us together, if God is everything, how
08:20do we think we can just ignore him? And everything be okay. I want a reason. It's not logical.
08:31It's illogical. Help us. We're trying to silence our Student Equality Act. What our government is trying to do
08:43is trying to punish the speech of Christians, the free exercise of Christian belief. They're trying
08:50to do it. And my God, help us. When this happens, oh, God, help us. Oh, help us to stand
08:57on what God said
08:58no matter what. Let them come for us. Let them let us do what they want to do. But we're
09:02going to stand
09:02faithful unto our God. I plead, Christians, stand faithful. We have not been faithful to our
09:07faithful creator.
