00:38The teen is going to college out east, and her testimony was behind closed doors.
00:43However, in court docs previously obtained by Page Six, she defended her mom as a loving
00:48and devoted parent, who can be strict when necessary.
00:51I have never seen my mom hit, slap, choke, grab, or physically abuse Maceo in any way.
00:57I have never seen my mom place her hands around Maceo's neck, put him in a choke hold, restrict
01:02his breathing, or engage in any conduct remotely resembling the allegations that have been made

01:49Martinez was temporarily granted primary custody of Maceo over the abuse claims.
01:55He's seeking a domestic violence restraining order and sole custody.
01:58As for Berry, she asked the judge to dismiss the restraining order and lift temporary restrictions
02:03on her time with her son.
02:04She's also seeking sole legal custody and a return to their 50-50 physical custody arrangement.
