Paladin Elaina returned to the city after shedding blood, but was framed,
in exchange for the throne, tacitly allowed her to have her military
achievements taken away, her holy sword destroyed, and her belongings
burned. He even used the engagement as bait and sent her to the altar.
Elaina realized that ten years of love and faith were all scams, shattering
rings, breaking old relationships, and jumping into the abyss.
