Almost every interior scene puts a door in frame. Sometimes open, sometimes closed, always slightly behind one of the characters. It's so consistent it stops looking like a choice.
Watch who stands nearest to it. In the early episodes, it's him — never sitting with his back to a doorway, always positioned where an exit exists.
Then in the last third, it changes. Someone else is nearest the door, and he's further in, and you feel it before you can say why.
That's a camera department telling the story the script doesn't. Six seconds of blocking, no dialogue.
✨ What actually worked for me:
- No scene comments on the framing.
- The final shot has no door at all. Deliberate.
✨ Bottom line: a series where the exit is always in the room.
