To start the demonstration, he rolls a single raw egg across the warm metal surface and covers it with a rounded cloche dome.
After making a few dramatic gestures above the stainless steel hood and sharing a high-five with his young helper, he prompts the boy to lift the metal cover to check on the progress.
Upon lifting the dome, the boy is amazed to find four eggs resting on the flat top instead of just one, gasping in surprise before breaking out into delighted laughter.
