00:54Here, since I've been here, I've heard chants against the police, chants against the Hard Right National Rally Party.

01:08To date, according to the Interior Ministry, 135 people have been detained in France.
01:14Once this comes, the government has implemented a mass security apparatus across the country, which it says is necessary to
01:21avoid the scenes that occurred last week.
01:34One person was killed and four others were seriously injured when gunshots were fired from a vehicle in a Parisian
01:40suburb on Friday, according to French authorities.
01:44France's National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor's Office took charge of the case and said it would investigate whether the shooting was
01:50racially motivated.
01:53Police added that a suspect has been arrested and taken into their custody.
01:58France's Interior Minister Laurent Nunez said the shootings happened at three separate locations in the towns of Trapp and La
02:04Verrière near Paris.
02:06He said the suspect fired, quote, what appears to have been a military-grade weapon, or at least an automatic
02:12weapon.
02:13Police said all those who were injured have been transferred to hospital for treatment.
02:23Ukraine says its Starling and military Starshield satellite connections are stable again after restrictions disrupted military operations.
02:31Defense Minister Yevhenik Kamara said the systems could maintain stable connections with equipment traveling at more than 400 kilometers per
02:39hour.
02:40He said this was important for frontline troops, drone operations, logistics and communications.
02:47The dispute raised tensions between Kyiv and Washington.
02:51Ukrainian officials said the restrictions disrupted military missions, while President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said U.S. intelligence sharing was working again.
02:59It's going to be on a technical level.
03:01Meanwhile, Ukrainian authorities said Russian strikes killed two people and injured 18 in the Donetsk region.
03:07Ukraine's military said it struck a chemical plant in Toliyaty, an electronics building in Oriol, and an aircraft at Yevsk

03:16It said the attacks on the industrial sites would disrupt supply chains and production for Russian missiles.
03:29The European Union is looking to play a bigger role in peace talks to end Russia's war on Ukraine.
03:36The United States wants to resume trilateral talks in November, and the European Union sees this as an opportunity to
03:43join in, bringing European representatives to the table.
03:48By doing so, the bloc hopes to influence Washington's thinking, which has recently shifted sharply in Moscow's faces.
03:56The expectation is now that there will be talks, further talks at multilateral level, at senior official level.
04:05Of course, the European Union will also be represented in that occasion.
04:09The peace process stalled in February after the U.S. launched its war on Iran.
04:15As a result, much of its diplomatic focus shifted to the Middle East.
04:20The parliament's spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov, did not oppose European participation,
04:25but stressed that the next round of talks under preparation would remain trilateral.
