Creating custom seasonal decorations is one of the most rewarding ways to get into the holiday spirit without spending a fortune on store-bought props.

The clip, shared by Chelsea, showcases an eerie DIY Halloween craft that perfectly captures the spooky vibe of the season using simple household crafting supplies.

Using miniature witch cauldrons and pumpkin cutouts as her base, she layers pieces of paper over the structures to build up a textured silhouette.

The clever combination of paper crafting techniques and classic spooky motifs creates a haunting, atmospheric piece of decor perfect for display.

00:00Sun catchers are such a fun and easy craft. I have these giant pumpkins so I use those but you
00:04can
00:04literally use any shape you want. Just cut a hole in it and cut the contact paper slightly bigger
00:08than the hole and add the tissue squares wherever you want them. My favorite thing about this is
00:13they come out beautifully every time and there is literally no mess. When I was gathering supplies
00:18for our pumpkin painting party I remembered seeing someone using temporary tattoos to decorate their
00:23pumpkin and I had a ton of extra tattoos so we decided to try that today. It wasn't perfect but
00:28it was so fun. We giggled and played for a good 20 minutes and by the end of it we
00:33kind of got the
00:33hang of it. We were doing pretty good with them. Definitely a fun, easy, low mass way to decorate
00:37pumpkins and I would definitely do it again.
