00:00Everything air-powered eventually breaks down at the fitting.
00:03I dug through dozens of push-to-connect air fitting kits to find the best deals out there,
00:08and honestly some of these prices are wild. Here's my top 5.
00:13Number 1 is the Big 61-Piece Box Set. It covers 6mm OD and includes the PU,
00:19P, PV, PY, PZA, and PK series, basically every fitting style you could run into.
00:25At $22.04 for 61 pieces, that's about $0.36 a fitting.
00:31This is the most complete kit here, and if you run a whole workshop,
00:35it's the one that saves you from ordering piecemeal for a year.
00:38Now this one's the cheapest, but I want to be straight with you, the rating sits at 3.8,
00:43and there's a reason. You get a PU series kit with 23, 60, or 80-piece options for 6mm hose,
00:50push-in quick connections rated for air or water. At $11.60 it's a bargain for building a small
00:57airline, but read the reviews if you need rock-solid consistency. Fine for occasional use.
01:04Number 3 is the American NPT Standard Kit, and this is the one for U.S. air tools.
01:10These are quick-connect fittings for compressor connectors and air hose couplings,
01:14so they mate with the 1⁄4-inch NPT threads already on your gear.
01:1813.26, 4.6 stars, close to 4,000 sold. If your equipment is American Standard,
01:25this might be the most important kit on the list. Now for the value pick.
01:3160 pieces, a 1⁄4-inch OD hose connectors, and the PU, P, PV, and PY series, those are the
01:37four most popular fitting types, all in one box. 12.24 for 60 pieces,
01:42with a 4.8 rating from almost 4,000 buyers. This is the sweet spot for most people.
01:49If I had to grab just one, this is it. And number 5 might be my favorite.
01:55Same a 1⁄4-inch push-to-connect kit, 60 pieces, 1465, but this one has a perfect 5.0 rating,
02:02which is rare. No complaints, no drama. And it's a dedicated air hose fitting kit,
02:08so everything in the box was built for hoses. Highest rated option on the list, hands down.
02:15Alright, that's my top 5. All the links are in the description below with the best prices I found.
