00:00This is one of many moments that left France in shock.
00:04The clock tower of a 19th century town hall collapsing.
00:09It survived two world wars, only to be torched by a mass mob.
00:14For weeks now, French students, mostly in Paris, have been protesting poor conditions in their schools.
00:20But this weekend, they were joined by hundreds of thousands nationwide, infuriated by high fuel prices and the cost of
00:28living.
00:30Millionaires have doubled their income, said this woman, while France has never been this poor.
00:37Many were peaceful, but their grievances were eclipsed by senseless violence.
00:43French authority.
00:44Yeah, there's the media trying to do their little spin campaign again like they did with the summer of love.
00:51Fiery, but mostly peaceful.
00:54Yeah, BS.
00:56This does not look peaceful at all.
00:58And I've seen even worse clips.
00:59And I've shown you guys even worse clips on the main channel, on Doc Rich, where you have people hurling
01:08bricks, rocks, all types of things.
01:12I mean, burning cars, flipping them over, doing all types of nonsense, bro.
01:16This is not peaceful.
01:18Not peaceful.
01:19Running into stores, ransacking places.
01:22Like, come on, bro.
01:23And they say, they're protesting because of the schools.
01:26Like, no.
01:27You can protest because of, you know, bad schooling or whatever without burning down entire cities.
01:33Without burning down historical buildings.
01:36Okay?
01:37I'm not buying this at all.
01:39This is the work of, you know, these far leftists who have allowed their countries to be overrun with illegals
01:49from third world countries who don't give a crap about customs or anything for that matter with the country.
01:56They hate these countries and probably would love to watch these countries burn, which makes no sense because they left
02:05terrible countries to come to a nicer country.
02:07And now they want to see that nice country burn so that it's going to look like the countries that
02:12they came from.
02:13But again, you know, common sense is no longer common these days.
02:17So, it is what it is.
02:20...blaming radical far left groups for scenes like these.
02:23The tourist office in Lyon engulfed in flames.
02:27Businesses ransacked.
02:28600 police officers injured.
02:31Or more than 2,000 people were arrested.
02:34Much of the anger directed at their leader, Emmanuel Macron, who faced backlash for attending the Celine Dion concert with
02:42his wife on the eve of the protests.
02:45Macron will be out of office soon, reminding viewers in a televised address tonight.
02:50This man went to a whole concert.
02:54That is hilarious.
02:55This guy is an absolute joke, man.
02:57Absolute joke.
02:58Which, there's some controversy surrounding this guy, but we ain't gonna dive into that today.
03:03We ain't gonna get into the conspiracy theories with this fellow right here.
03:09And his wife.
03:11But anyway, yeah, he knows he's cooked.
03:15He knows he's absolutely cooked.
03:17And anybody on the left, for that matter, is cooked in a lot of these countries, right?
03:25I don't know their laws right now.
03:28If these illegals that are destroying France are able to vote.
03:33Because if they can't, they're cooked.
03:36If they can, then they'll be fine.
03:38But if these illegals can't vote, people like this guy, yeah, it's over with.
03:45It's over with.
03:46And he knows it.
03:47The situation is six months away.
03:49He appealed for calm and acknowledged the high cost of living, blaming it in part on the Iran war France
03:55is not a part of, but said nothing justified the violence.
04:00But many fear they've not seen the end of it.
04:03Danielle Hamamjian, NBC News.
04:09Wild, wild stuff, man.
04:12I mean, just like the images is just insane.
04:17Like historical buildings that survived wars burned to the ground, burned to a crisp.
04:30What a darn shame, man.
04:31What a darn shame.
04:33And, you know, all in the name of inclusive, I can't even talk, inclusivity, right?
04:40All in the name of, hey, countries shouldn't have borders.
04:47Okay.
04:49My goodness.
04:52All right, here we go.
04:53Back with the Fox News alert.
04:54France facing a major security crisis.
04:57His fiery protests ripped through the country.
04:59Did you see this over the weekend?
05:00At least 1,800 people have been arrested following rioting, looting, and clashes with police, with mass groups setting fires
05:07and vandalizing stores.
05:09This is ugly.
05:10There were even seen attacking public buildings, including the 19th century city hall, Le Brouge, where the roof collapsed after
05:18it was engulfed in flames by protesters.
05:20Who would do that?
05:21Authorities say roughly 550,000 people took part in the demonstrations, with more than 100, more than 500 police officers,
05:30military officers, and firefighters all injured.
05:33The protests started over rising living costs, teacher shortages, and failing public services, but have now turned into a political
05:41firestorm.
05:41Emmanuel Macron, Emmanuel Macron, vowing to punish those, he says, tried to bring down the French Republic.
05:50Those who destroyed must pay.
05:52Those who plundered must pay back.
05:53Those who sought to bring down the Republic will have to answer for it.
05:58Do you really believe that?
06:00I don't.
06:01I don't.
06:02At all.
06:03At all.
06:06This guy is an absolute joke.
06:08And if you were going to make these people pay, you would have stopped it.
06:12You would have nipped it in the butt before it even got to the point where it got to.
06:17You know?
06:18Because these riots have been going on for a while now.
06:20You would have stopped this a long time ago.
06:23Long time ago if you were actually going to punish these people.
06:27So, I'm not buying it.
06:28This is just the front.
06:31That's it.
06:31The riots are fueling a political fight ahead of next spring's presidential election.
06:36Presidential candidate Marine Le Pen is blasting politician Jean-Lou Melenchon for joining the Paris march.
06:43She's way to the left and Le Pen is way to the right.
06:46Saying looting and attacks on police have overshadowed the protesters' message.
06:50And the unrest is spreading beyond France.
06:52With demonstrators reported in Lisbon and Milan.
06:56And violence also reported in parts of Italy and Albania.
07:00And now Fox News Digital is exposing how communist unions and global propaganda networks are actually behind the protests targeting
07:07Western culture.
07:08Here with more is Asra Nomani, the senior investigative editor at Fox News Digital.
07:14Asra, what makes you think this is, and I agree with you, but what makes you think this is bigger
07:19than a bunch of high school kids who want better conditions?
07:21Well, Macron can go to Fox News Digital and see the 54 names of groups that we've identified.
07:29And they are specific to the communist, socialist, far-left network that is in Europe and in the world.
07:37They work with the Islamist groups that are very anti-Israel.
07:42And that's why you're going to see the Palestinian flag along with these images of the hammer and sickle in
07:48all of these protests.
07:49You don't see the French flag flying in order for them to get a better France.
07:53They're trying to destroy the nation.
07:56And we can see this spreading.
07:57See a whole lot of Palestinian flags being flown, right?
08:01Throughout the world.
08:02I mean, what is attractive about communism?
08:05Will people just sober up?
08:07There's nothing good about it.
08:08I thought we figured that out when the Cold War ended.
08:11These are the key groups you outlined.
08:13French Communist Party, translation France unbowed.
08:15The CGC Labor Union translation, Solidaires Students.
08:19And Urgent Palestine, obviously you know what that means.
08:23The translation Muslim Students of France.
08:26So this fundamentally, it shows the president is right with his Truth Social post last week.
08:31When he said, this is what happens when you open up your borders and let anybody in.
08:36Yeah, and what has happened is that they've taken very legitimate grievances that people have in society over schools and
08:43public services and exploited them.
08:46And Brian, the important point is that this is also exactly the same playbook as the far left groups are
08:52doing in the United States of America.
08:54We've seen it over the last decade and they're amplified by a network, by a man that is sitting in
09:00Shanghai named Neville Roy Singham, who is pro-communist, is a self-avowed Marxist.
09:06And these U.S. nonprofits are amplifying the protests in Europe, in India, in South America, in order to make
09:15it look like a global revolution for ideas that, yes, we thought had long ago expired.
09:20Yes, I think we could extradite that guy.
09:23He keeps coming up.
09:26Georgia Maloney noticed what was happening in Italy.
09:28She came out right away and said, once again, the women and men of law enforcement have had to face
09:32the violence of criminals,
09:34even though organized groups exploit demonstrations to seek confrontation.
09:39So chaos.
09:40Same thing in Portugal.
09:41We're seeing this spread throughout.
09:44How big could this get?
09:46And do you think that finally these European countries can realize the enemies there and hurting them from within and
09:54take legitimate action instead of waiting for days and just tweeting and having a benign statement like Macron?
10:01Right.
10:02Exactly, Brian, because no, no, they're not, because if they were going to change course, they would have changed course
10:10a long time ago like this.
10:12This is obvious.
10:15Everybody with a half a brain cell left to rub together knew that the left, the far left is violent
10:23in that they're more than capable of doing stuff like this.
10:26And when you import the third world on top of that, people who really don't care about your society, who
10:33don't come from, you know, the nicest of places, let's just be completely honest about it, who have no connection
10:41to the historic, you know, the history behind where it is that you live.
10:48Obviously, stuff like this is going to happen.
10:51Obviously, you got people coming over to your country and waving flags from other countries as if those other countries
10:57are better than the country that they ran to, that they're currently in.
11:02They clearly don't care about your country.
11:04So, yeah, no, I'm not buying the, you know, Macron saying that people are going to pay and all of
11:10this other stuff and, you know, him asking if they're going to change course.
11:16No, they're not going to change course because this was part of the plan.
11:19This was a part of the plan.
11:22Destroy it.
11:23Destroy it and hopefully they can sit on top in the end.
11:29It's just facts.
11:30It's just facts.
11:31Because if it wasn't the plan, then this would have been stopped a long time ago.
11:35They have the ability to stop it.
11:37They've got a military.
11:39Okay.
11:39They have plenty of police.
11:42You can combine the two and shut all this down if you really want to.
11:46They chose not to.
11:49It's being done intentionally.
11:51And if we don't keep Democrats out of office this November, this is going to happen here.
11:59This is going to happen here.
12:01I've already seen Democrats underneath posts talking about this on Instagram saying we should do that here in America.
12:10Not kidding.
12:13You've been warned.
12:14Stay safe out there.
12:15Peace and love.
12:16I'm out.
