Twenty years ago, when the "Black Sun" omen descended, the true princess Valerya was thrown into the endless abyss by her biological father the king—for she had no magic and bore dark spots on her skin. Her mother was reduced to a humiliated slave who scrubbed floors with rags. Meanwhile, the false princess Caroline, born to the queen's mistress, arrived with a "Holy Light White Dragon" and was showered with love and glory. But Valerya did not perish in the abyss.
