00:09i'll start with the great carlos our guide and driver was amazing very friendly and we enjoyed
00:17his commentary highly recommend him as a tour guide next the river guide duane was friendly
00:25and informative and we felt very safe throughout the whole river run crazy how they ride stomach
00:31down on their tubes and guide us here and there like that bamboo beach club was very nice we had
00:38chairs reserved for us through the tour which made it nice to get off the bus and go right to
00:43our
00:43chairs the included lunch was good jerk chicken and yellow ride drinks were cold and strong and
00:51yummy now getting to all that goodness was not as pleasurable the chaos at the port led to us not
00:59leaving there until after 10 15 after rushing off the ship there were plenty of people there who
01:05worked for bamboo beach club but only a few had any idea what was going on they took buses and
01:12buses of
01:13vip beach club people to their buses while we stood there as there were only 11 of us it seemed
01:19they
01:19were looking for a smaller bus to take just us that is how we got the wonderful carlos he has
01:25his own
01:26bus slash company that reggae slash bamboo beach must have contracted to take us the ride to the river
01:32was closer to 50 minutes only two ships docked in ocho rios therefore setting us back even further
01:39because of the delays we had zero time to shop at port when we got back
01:45a five hour excursion took 6.5 mostly due to the chaos at the port
01:51i realize they are a secondary excursion vendor and would not be give priority for setup to receive
01:57passengers but a better system of getting off and onto buses needs to be implemented
02:02i will also say they were the ones in charge of getting even the carnival excursions onto buses
02:09definitely not efficient like carnival usually is the tour the guides slash driver and the river run
02:17was amazing and worth it for sure absolutely loved it and enjoyed ourselves this was a great option
02:25for us since we were only visiting for a few hours because we came to ocho rios by a cruise

02:31the whole process was easy from booking to being picked up at the port and back to the port for
02:37drop-off
02:38the tubing experience was so much fun our guide in the water was such a sweetheart
02:44it was only three of us but he did a good job with guiding us i also loved that fact
02:51that we had the
02:51same driver all day we were able to leave our belongings in the shuttle while we went down the
02:57river and we waited while we were at the next location the beach club was cool i loved that a
03:04meal
03:04and few cocktails was included with the excursion we basically sat around and enjoyed the atmosphere
03:11our driver kobe was awesome the drive to and from was an event too it was about a 45 minutes
03:19drive but
03:20i loved the site so it was no issue i know kobe wasn't expecting the pure entertainment he got from
03:27us
03:27though i appreciate the small talk and him answering our questions about the area we are definitely
03:34planning on coming back to area and will be using huyot or again for all our excursion needs
03:40a time was had in ocho rios
03:44fantastic day picked up prompt at the cruise terminal rafting with andre at river and four other cruisers
03:52fun and safe ali and sean were our guides and hostesses at the beach they made sure we had
03:59great food and free-flowing drinks beach clean and safe with plenty of beds chairs shade a trip to do
04:07when you are in jamesha thank you virgin voyages for booking had a great time with this excursion
04:15great start till end natalia was our host and she made sure that we had a good time
04:22had a good time in river tubing in rio buenos and then head to the bamboo beach club
04:28it was a great experience food was great and so as the drinks
