00:02Atletico Mineiro though looking to make it to yet another final after the bitter
00:09disappointments of the previous two years. The final defeat to the Liverpools and the Sudamericana.
00:13They've got to do a job here first of all before they can start thinking about that.
00:18It's Montevideo City Torque against Atletico Mineiro. Semifinal second leg of this year's
00:24Commonwealth Sudamericana for the right to play Boca Juniors in this year's final.
00:29It's an early cross in from the right from the home team and one that goes straight out of play.
00:37The out swinger sent in headed down, charge to the back post. What a save.
00:42What a save from Gabriel Delphi. Outstanding from Atletico Mineiro's goalkeeper who's
00:50proving to be nothing short of a Sudamericana hero in this competition.
00:55The injury to Everson looked like it could be a hammer blow for Atletico Mineiro.
01:01Cast your mind back to the penalty shootout against Santos in the quarterfinals when Gabriel
01:05Delphi was saved three.
01:10Adding that save and he is very much playing his part in this run.
01:16Another corner in. Delphi comes. It's a half punch clear.
01:20Still not yet away. Another shot, another save. Another good stop by the keeper.
01:25And that's out for a throw.
01:30Asks for the cards. Franco gets away with it.
01:34There will be a free kick as we see.
01:36A good early start this for City Torque.
01:3958% possession, three shots to zero.
01:46Montez with the free kick clipped into the box.
01:49Attempted bicycle kick drops in the area.
01:52Maicon gets away.
01:53It's all a little bit messy from Atletico Mineiro.
01:57They continue to come forward. They send another cross in.
01:59Headed away this time by Vidal.
02:06Strike comes in from a long way out.
02:09Wide of the post.
02:11Watched all the way by Gabriel Delphi.
02:20Silva with a touch.
02:21Pizzicillo gets a little fortunate there.
02:23Works out as a dummy as he continues his run.
02:26He now unleashes a shot.
02:28And it's over the top of the cross.
02:29But the intention was a pass out.
02:32Why? But it worked as a good dummy to get beyond Maicon.
02:35Breaks into the space.
02:50A mistake by Gabriel Delphi.
02:52Real chance.
02:54Big appeal for a penalty with the keeper clambering around.
02:58Not yet away. Another save by Delphi.
03:01Well, he makes some ends with the save.
03:04And a moment of real madness nearly costing Atletico Mineiro.
03:09It's a free kick.
03:12Seemingly no danger when this ball is played in behind.
03:15Yanko leaves it.
03:17Gabriel Delphi pads it down.
03:19And then suddenly...
03:25Ball slips away from underneath him.
03:27Salomon Rodriguez is very nearly left with a tap in.
03:31And cleared away to great effect because Bernard's onto it.
03:35And then he's back.
03:37A quick check of the watch.
03:38And the half-time whistle indeed blows in Montevideo.
03:45Frustration for Marcelo Mendes.
03:48Montevideo City Torque, the better side, but at half-time,
03:52goalless between Dei and Atletico Mineiro.
04:03We're back underway at the Estadio Centenario.
04:07Montevideo City Torque nil at Letico Mineiro nil on the night.
04:12Nice turn.
04:13Nice run here into the penalty area.
04:15Pulled back to the edge.
04:16Montevideo shoots.
04:17Deflected and deflected wide.
04:19Or a corner.
04:21Shot in the end wasn't the most convincing.
04:23It looks as though he's got a touch.
04:25Anyway.
04:26That's any real power.
04:28The actual deflection comes off a City Torque player, in fact.
04:33Wanting to just change the direction of it.
04:35Maybe wrong foot, the goalkeeper.
04:37Slip by the goalkeeper.
04:39Conditions playing their part.
04:40The attempted shot comes in.
04:42Headed off the line.
04:43And the anchor back helping out Gabriel Delphi.
04:47Second time that maybe the conditions have played part in error from the keeper.
04:51He's made some good saves, but clears that one straight to Obregón.
04:59That looked like it was floating into the back of the net.
05:01Were it not for Lianko?
05:07Siles comes forward.
05:09He's going to shoot now.
05:11He too smashes one.
05:13Well off target.
05:21Come on over.
05:31The corner in.
05:33Headed down and headed just wide.
05:35Great chance.
05:37Great turn.
05:37Very, very good chance.
05:38Very, very good chance.
05:39The City Torque to pull one back.
05:45silver just in front of liang koz able to direct the header and he flicks it just wide
05:56down the left back onto the right foot for the cross good delivery
06:02is there a touch there is a
06:10no question about that
06:10is there a high foot on the fullback no question about that does nobody go and get caught i don't
06:17think he does
06:37it is
06:40oh
07:04return is videoj Security rallying Scof.
07:18Licks off a heads to go to turn behind for a corner.
07:27Come this far it's coming out oh will that clean sheet reveal
07:31Will Delphine will want it, that's not the best clearance.
07:34And it is stabbed in, it's a goal back from City Turkey.
07:37They have their goal.
07:39Kevin Silva has it in what is now
07:42the final minute of the 90.
07:44Surely nothing more than a consolation.
07:47Mistake by Lianko.
07:50As the ball skims underneath his foot,
07:52as he attempts to clear the cross,
07:55it's kept alive by an acrobatic overhead kick
07:59and stabbed in by Kevin Silva from just a yard out.
08:03They have their goal.
08:05They may as a result have their second leg win.
08:08It still looks highly unlikely
08:12that it will be anything other than a consolation
08:14for Montevideo City Turkey.
08:29Still been a terrific run regardless.
08:33A historic run for Montevideo City Turkey.
08:36Their best campaign in the Commonwealth competitions.
08:46Headed up.
08:47Still loose inside the box.
08:49Appeals for a penalty. Appeals for a handball.
08:51Waved away.
08:52Right now they'll appeal for anything.
08:54All headed back towards the box.
08:56Lianko away.
08:58Swiftly very nearly gives the ball away
09:00with a miscued pass to Alexander.
09:03Slipping in the process.
09:05And City Turkey remain in possession.
09:06Quintana down the right.
09:09It's going to be a corner.
09:10His cross deflecting off Finanloji.
09:26Here comes the delivery towards the penalty spot.
09:29Headed goalwards.
09:29And it's in.
09:31It's a second.
09:32And it's the captain.
09:33With an absolute beauty.
09:37Terrific header.
09:38Kissing the underside of the crossbar.
09:43City Turkey lead 2-0 on the night.
09:46Two minutes remain of stoppage time.
09:50And all of a sudden.
09:53Atletico Minero's lead is just one.
09:55The ten men.
09:58All of a sudden.
09:59Uncomfortable.
10:04Uncomfortable.
10:15It's their time.
10:16We've played now over the five minutes.
10:18We're at the discretion.
10:20Of the referee.
10:21And he blows immediately.
10:23For full time.
10:34And he blows immediately.
10:36An thank you for being here.
10:36Ab where your hair needs to?
10:36And each other is a hand.
