Luna, a wealthy heiress, is coldly dumped by her fiancé. In her despair, she is slashed by her rival—the "first love" of her ex—and dies in a bathtub filled with blood. Her final cry for help to her fiancé Ethan is dismissed as a jealous tantrum. Three years later, Ethan is about to marry that same rival. Luna, kept alive by a medical genius's experimental treatment, crashes the wedding as a vengeful queen.
