PAGASA: Super Typhoon 'Rosal' enters PAR, Signal No. 1 raised in 5 Luzon areas

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) raised Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 over parts of Cagayan Valley and Bicol region after Super Typhoon Rosal (international name: Champi) entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Tuesday, Oct. 20.
