00:00Tight ends have killed the Commanders' defense this year.
00:03Goddard, Ferguson, Barner, Tyler Warren, Likely.
00:07Well, the good news is we're not playing a good one this week.
00:08Right, that's my point.
00:09So what can Coach Jones do?
00:13Because these tight ends have seven touchdowns against the Commanders this year,
00:17and Likely was obviously huge last week.
00:19Now you're facing Kittle.
00:20What can you guys do?
00:21Is it strictly just coverage?
00:23Is it just getting after Purdy and forcing him to throw it quicker?
00:27What can they do against George Kittle tonight?
00:29Because tight ends have been a real threat for coverage this year.
00:34Yeah, well, George is a Hall of Fame player,
00:37and I think when you have a guy like that,
00:39they're going to always kind of get theirs at some point.
00:42But what you want to do is limit that so it's not a huge game.
00:45And with George, you know, we talk about something called premium awareness
00:49and like the premium players and making sure we understand
00:53where those guys are on the field at all times
00:55and making sure that especially on the money downs
00:57that we're accounting for them.
01:00So, you know, that is something obviously that during the self-scout
01:03we're aware of as well in trying to, you know,
01:06just make sure the guys that are the big-time players,
01:09we've got to make sure we are paying extra attention to those guys.
