00:17Welcome to the Ambrose Asylum.
00:20And many people believe that Dean Ambrose has the least amount of pressure
00:25in this match tonight.
00:26Dean Ambrose, the wild card.
00:30Dean Ambrose with an opportunity to go to WrestleMania.
00:36Dean Ambrose, one win away from a fast pass to the main event of WrestleMania.
00:54And a chance to become the winner of WrestleMania.
00:56WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
01:19Ladies and gentlemen, that man right there knows what it's like.
01:22Roman Reigns knows what it's like to be in the main event at WrestleMania.
01:28He was there last year.
01:29A hellacious battle with Brock Lesnar to the point where many people believed he was
01:35gonna beat The Beast and win the championship before Seth Rollins cashed in money in the
01:40bank to turn it into a triple threat and steal the title.
01:44Reigns has tasted it, John.
01:45He wants to get back there again.
01:47He's tasted it.
01:47And he also knows what it's like to be in the ring with The Beast and Card and Brock Lesnar.
01:52Roman Reigns, this irascible hothead, realizes he is walking into hell right now.
01:58And he will not walk out the same.
02:00Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose made it perfectly clear earlier on tonight.
02:04Friendship's out the window in this match.
02:06It's every man for himself.
02:07It's an opportunity to main event WrestleMania against Triple H for the WWE World Title.
02:13Last year, remember, Roman Reigns was here also at Fastlane.
02:17He had to get through an unbelievable match with Daniel Bryan to get to that main event.
02:22Can Roman Reigns do it again?
02:25He knows what it's about.
02:26He knows how to handle the pressure.
02:40But here is the roadblock in the Fastlane.
02:45And what a roadblock it is.
02:49Look at this.
02:50That is a perfect fighting machine.
02:53The biggest bully in the yard.
02:58Bully, former NCAA champion in his third fight in the UFC.
03:03He became the UFC Heavyweight Champion.
03:05First fight in IWGP in Japan, he became the IWGP Champion.
03:09He was the youngest WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
03:12That right there is not some insentious being.
03:15That is a perfect fighting machine who is the most decorated combat athlete of our generation.
03:21And Ambrose and Reigns know what it feels like to be F5 by the Beast.
03:27It's happened to them over the past couple of weeks.
03:31Lesnar accompanied by his advocate, Paul Heyman.
03:36Who in an interview this week on WWE.com was so confident.
03:40He didn't even want to entertain the thought that his client could lose tonight.
03:46Well, Hammond knows what he has by his side.
03:49That man is a human being built to destruct.
04:03And you can feel the tension and the cue.
04:14Ladies and gentlemen, the following is a Triple Threat Match.
04:21The winner will go on to face Triple H for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship
04:29in the main event of WrestleMania.
04:36Introducing first, from Cincinnati, Ohio, weighing in at 225 pounds, Dean Ambrose.
04:47Home state favorite.
04:50Next, from Pensacola, Florida, weighing in at 265 pounds, Roman Reigns.
05:13Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Paul Heyman.
05:22It is my honor this evening to introduce to you,
05:26fighting out of the winner's corner, weighing 295 pounds from the University of Minnesota.
05:39The Cleveland conquering beast of the Triple Threat, Barack Lesnar.
05:49Hashtag Triple Threat.
05:52The rules are simple.
05:54First man gained pinball or submission are going to WrestleMania.
05:57Today, Triple H for the WWE World Title.
06:01Referee Mike Chioda checks with all three competitors.
06:04And the beast Brock Lesnar goes right after Ambrose.
06:07And now Reigns from behind, and we are underway.
06:10No turning back now.
06:12Knees from Lesnar to Reigns, big forearm to Ambrose.
06:15Brock Lesnar took the fight to these men, realizing that they may team up against him to take him out
06:20of the equation.
06:20Brock City.
06:24German suplex, Reigns lands on the back of his neck.
06:28And just like that, Lesnar has taken control.
06:31Remember what Paul Heyman said, said Brock Lesnar promised to stack Roman Reigns and
06:36Dean Ambrose on top of each other.
06:37And now it's Dean Ambrose attacking the beast from behind.
06:40And Lesnar just shoves him down again.
06:42And now Lesnar with a running clothesline.
06:45And Ambrose driven out of the ring, and Lesnar's on his game.
06:52John, you have been in the ring with Brock Lesnar.
06:56One of the most dangerous men in history.
06:58And another German suplex to Reigns.
07:03I've been in the ring with the greatest big men of the game for the last quarter of a century.
07:06I've never felt anything like Brock Lesnar and the strength that he possesses.
07:12Ambrose, Ambrose.
07:15Clawing off the top rope with that missile drop kick, drives Lesnar to the mat.
07:19Caught him in the back of the neck.
07:21Ambrose drives Brock into the corner.
07:23And now the lunatic freak Dean Ambrose, who's shown no fear despite getting pulled by Lesnar in recent weeks.
07:29Going right after Brock.
07:30You gotta be kidding me.
07:32Trying a gentleman of his own.
07:34Not wise.
07:35I admire the temerity.
07:37And belly to belly for Brock.
07:39Remember Ambrose said, Brock, I'm ready for you to give me the worst beating of my life.
07:44He's gonna get it.
07:45Brock's happy to do that.
07:47Look at Triple Threat, Matt, sometimes you gotta get a little lucky.
07:51Brock Lesnar's trying to take luck out of the equation.
07:54Yeah, cuz remember, there are no count outs, no disqualifications under Triple Threat rules.
07:59And you don't have to do the damage.
08:00You just have to be the one that covers somebody for a three count.
08:03But John, Brock is doing the damage right now.
08:06Here comes Ambrose.
08:08Oh, Lesnar caught him, a bear hug.
08:10I told you.
08:11Lesnar from Ambrose and strapped him right on his head.
08:14Trapped him right on the top of his skull.
08:17Brock Lesnar is not human.
08:20I think we established that a long time ago, John.
08:24It has been all Brock from the get go.
08:37Big smile on the face of Lesnar, German suplexed up.
08:40Keep in mind one thing, John, last year at WrestleMania,
08:43Roman Reigns took like a dozen German suplexes that was still able to rally.
08:48So we know how tough Roman Reigns is.
08:52Yeah, we saw him dig down as deep as I've ever seen anybody dig down last year
08:56at WrestleMania.
08:57I was surprised there at the end when Seth Rollins cashed in.
09:00Does it look like Roman Reigns not only had a chance, and another German.
09:05But was possibly gonna win that match.
09:08And Lesnar's keeping count.
09:10That's four Germans.
09:15John, this may be a major mismatch if this keeps up.
09:22All I can say is stay tuned.
09:24Going for an F5 early, Brock Lesnar with an F5 to Roman Reigns, and just like that.
09:30Roman Reigns, here we go.
09:31Lesnar may be going to WrestleMania, Dean Ambrose saving the matchup.
09:40That was an incredulous look on the face of Brock.
09:44And Brock's saying, are you sure you really wanted to do that?
09:48Dean says, just give me a minute.
09:51I mean, Dean has been sort of an anomaly to Brock.
09:54He just slapped Lesnar, Ambrose just slapped Lesnar.
09:59He's nuts.
10:01He said he doesn't buy into the hype.
10:03No, no, he's nuts.
10:05That too.
10:07Wow.
10:07Knee after knee driven into the ribs of Dean Ambrose.
10:11That'll break a rib.
10:12Dean Ambrose just looked at Lesnar's face and then slapped him across it.
10:15And now he's gonna pay for it, because Ambrose welcomed to Suplex City.
10:25This matchup has been about as one sided as it can be.
10:29There is a perverse joy in watching Brock Lesnar operate in the ring.
10:34One, two, three, four.
10:40I'm watching something on Serengeti.
10:42One, two, three, four.
10:45Dean Ambrose playing the part.
10:47And another tournament of a wildebeest.
10:51One, two, three, four.
10:53All those weeks that Dean toke the bear, tried to instigate Brock Lesnar.
10:58But more importantly, Byron at this point, Lesnar's got this to a one-on-one match.
11:02Reigns has been effectively taken out of the equation.
11:06Look at Ambrose.
11:08Yeah, we talk about the Serengeti world.
11:10And another one.
11:11And did you see with the ease that Lesnar picked Ambrose up?
11:15Brock Lesnar, the king of the jungle.
11:17That's five suplexes on Dean Ambrose.
11:20Look at this, Brock Lesnar is just getting warmed up.
11:21He's enjoying this.
11:23And the WWE fans are counting along.
11:25Predator just playing with the prey before he decides to end it.
11:34And now he's got Ambrose up on his shoulder.
11:36He's already given an F5 to Roman Reigns, looking to give one to Dean Ambrose.
11:40And now Reigns with a spear, a spear to the rims, cover to go to WrestleMania.
11:45Lesnar gets the shoulder up.
11:47Roman Reigns almost took advantage, big time, on Triple Threat Rules.
11:54Watch this, boom, that'll crack a rib.
12:01And now Lesnar's struggling, Brock Lesnar's struggling to make it back to his feet.
12:05Roman may capitalize here.
12:07Roman Reigns, got it cocked and loaded.
12:13Superman Pucks.
12:15The Beast is down, Lesnar's down.
12:17But he rolls out of the ring.
12:18Remember the pinball submission has to take place inside the squared circle.
12:23Reigns has got to go out and get Brock now.
12:26So that's what I'm saying is so scary about Brock, he's a thinking beast.
12:31He knew he had a chance of getting pinned.
12:33And now Reigns- My God, my God.
12:35Roman Reigns caught.
12:36Unbelievable.
12:37Brock Lesnar catching Roman Reigns.
12:42And now Ambrose won't blow, legal in this match, low blow is legal.
12:49Paul Heyman's going ballistic, there's nothing he can do.
12:52That is the one tool that Ambrose used to disable Brock Lesnar, and it works again.
12:57And Roman Reigns was just smiling up at his friend, saying that's what you gotta do to
13:02neutralize the beast, take out Brock and it's- You take out Brock and it's one-on-one with us,
13:07buddy.
13:08Watch out, we got furniture moving.
13:10You know, I think I saw a nod between Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose.
13:14I think they know that the only way either one of them is going to WrestleMania is you
13:18better find a way to put Brock Lesnar down.
13:21Hey, smart strategy.
13:22That low blow put Lesnar down- Easier said than done.
13:24For a moment.
13:25Now the table's been cleared, and Ambrose and Roman Reigns.
13:31Guys, they're smart.
13:32We have seen this before.
13:33We have seen this before.
13:34A little flashback- To The Shield, to the days of The Shield.
13:39The Beast, The Beast sent through the table.
13:44Lesnar's down.
13:46Reigns and Ambrose can make this about themselves now.
13:50The Beast is down.
13:55Holy shit, holy shit, holy shit, holy shit, holy shit, holy shit, holy shit, holy shit.
14:04Absolutely incredible.
14:05She's in The Shield.
14:09So if you're Roman and Dean, what do you do at this point, Jon?
14:13You kick the hell out of each other, you go to WrestleMania.
14:17That is what is at stake here.
14:22Friendship ends right here, I'm telling you.
14:25And Ambrose, kick to the midsection.
14:27You have a career-defining moment at stake.
14:30You have somebody going to headline WrestleMania.
14:33These guys are about to tear each other apart.
14:35Here's the reason why we said brother- Here's Ambrose, Ambrose takes down Reigns.
14:39And now they're unloading, friendship thrown out the window.
14:42Reigns and Ambrose all about Mania.
14:47Ambrose, the running bulldog.
14:51Ambrose gonna go up to the top rope, Reigns is in trouble.
14:54Ambrose can taste it, Ambrose can feel it.
14:56Ambrose was a wild card in this.
14:58Ambrose off the top rope, delivering the flying elbow.
15:01Reigns down, is it Ambrose time?
15:03Reigns kicks out at two.
15:13Phenomenal action for
15:15an opportunity to main event WrestleMania.
15:18The chance of a lifetime.
15:20Ambrose looking for a neck breaker, Roman A, Reigns able to power out of it.
15:24Now a right hand from Reigns and a right from Dean.
15:27And these two friends exchanging blows.
15:33The hook and
15:33Ambrose go.
15:39Runs into a boot.
15:42Wicked clothesline.
15:46What are you willing to do to your brother?
15:48What are you willing to do to your friend to make him to WrestleMania?
15:51Anything you have to, Lesnar's stirring.
15:57This is not good.
15:59Paul Heyman has been pleading with Lesnar since he's been put through the table.
16:04The Beast Incarnate starting to move.
16:07Last thing you want is an angry, injured Brock Lesnar coming back.
16:13And Roman and Dean's bottom, they see Brock coming.
16:15My God, my God.
16:16Now Ambrose has got Lesnar again, and now Roman Reigns as well.
16:20Both men are loading on Brock, they don't want the Beast back in this contest.
16:24They don't want the Beast back in this contest.
16:29And Lesnar's driven into the barricade.
16:31Almost through the barricade.
16:34John, you're gonna move your hat.
16:35I will.
16:42Now they're clearing off our table.
16:44Get out of here, guys.
16:52What the hell are they gonna try to do to Brock now?
16:58I think they both know the only chance that either one of them have of
17:01going to WrestleMania is to keep Brock Lesnar down.
17:07My goodness, are they gonna try to do this a second time to Brock?
17:10They're gonna try to do this a second time to Lesnar.
17:15Brock is up high, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose.
17:20Again, Lesnar exploding through the announce table for
17:24a second time.
17:26The Beast is down, Lesnar's down.
17:32Will that be enough to keep him down?
17:34Brock Lesnar dominated to a low blow by Ambrose.
17:38And then Ambrose and Reigns work together, not once but
17:41twice to drive Lesnar to the table.
17:44This is the second time.
17:55Now Roman Reigns, look at him.
17:57Now Roman Reigns, look at him.
17:57And Roman Reigns burying Lesnar and Ambrose as well.
18:04It never works.
18:16This is Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns doing whatever they have to do to reduce and
18:22eliminate the blood of Brock Lesnar.
18:24There you go, Roman.
18:25Brock Lesnar has been buried under the rubble.
18:27And now Roman Reigns goes after Ambrose and the brothers are fighting again.
18:32My God.
18:34This was the ideal situation for Roman and Dean, just go at him one-on-one.
18:44Reigns who may have been hesitant earlier to go after Ambrose,
18:47having none of that hesitancy now.
18:48No, you can't.
18:49Roman Reigns with the right hand, down goes Ambrose.
18:59Roman up over the top, shoulders down for Ambrose.
19:01Roman Reigns looking at him, and the power of Reigns.
19:08Ambrose trying to hang on and he does.
19:12Elbows and elbows and elbows from Ambrose.
19:21What a superman punch.
19:23On the button.
19:25This could be Roman's moment.
19:29Roman knows he's a spear away from WrestleMania.
19:37Ambrose, though, caught him with a knee.
19:39Terrific counter.
19:42Shoulder first goes Reigns.
19:44Ambrose, Ambrose.
19:47Donny Deeds.
19:48Ambrose, Ambrose, Ambrose.
19:50Going to WrestleMania, can you believe it?
19:53And a kick out right over.
19:59Great friends, better enemies.
20:15Ambrose and Reigns both down, center of the ring.
20:21Ambrose pointing to the sign here in the arena that simply says WrestleMania.
20:25That's all the motivation you need.
20:34Ambrose, is he gonna go for Dirty Deeds a second time?
20:42Ambrose looking for Dirty Deeds again on Roman Reigns.
20:45Roman Reigns with him up high.
20:46Lesnar's back in blue.
20:47My God.
20:49Roman Suplex.
20:50No, no.
20:50With Ambrose on Reigns' shoulder.
20:53Ambrose set out of the ring, what a move by Lesnar.
20:56I told you.
20:56Desperation from The Beast.
20:58He's superhuman.
21:04That is a man who got powerbombed through two different announce tables.
21:09And he is back in the mix.
21:11Les, just suplexed two men, how could he do that?
21:19How is Lesnar even functioning after being put through two announce tables?
21:25How's he even moving?
21:26He was buried over here, Michael.
21:31He is a different specimen.
21:34Lesnar back on his feet.
21:36Roman Reigns measuring his man.
21:38Spear by Reigns.
21:39Spear by Reigns.
21:42Roman Reigns off the spear.
21:44No, no, no.
21:45Kamara, Kamara locked, Kamara locked.
21:47Lesnar's got it locked in.
21:49Submission move to Kamara, the Kamara.
21:51Is this enough for Lesnar?
21:53Is this enough for Lesnar?
21:54Brock has broke arms with this.
21:56Is Brock Lesnar going to WrestleMania?
21:58Is Reigns gonna tap out?
22:01Reigns has got nowhere to go.
22:03Lesnar's got those legs wrapped around the body of Reigns.
22:06The Kamara's locked in.
22:08Roman Reigns trying to fight.
22:11Trying to fight.
22:12And trying to- Look at this.
22:14My God.
22:14Look at this.
22:15Look at the power.
22:16The power of Reigns.
22:18Roman Reigns.
22:19But it's still locked in.
22:21And Ambrose with a chair to the beast.
22:25Another one enforces the break of the lock.
22:27And now Ambrose unloading out Lesnar.
22:33And we got Ambrose.
22:35He turns it on Roman.
22:41And now back to Brock.
22:43Lesnar driven out of the ring by a chair.
22:47Spam by Reigns.
22:49The cover.
22:51Roman Reigns is going to WrestleMania.
22:54Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner, Roman Reigns.
23:06Wow.
23:07What an incredible match.
23:10What an incredible battle.
