When a modern-day tactician is reborn into the frozen, brutal world of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, he doesn't arrive as a hero. He arrives as a ripple in the ice. Witness the birth of Kaelen—a sapphire-blue slime with the power to consume and evolve. In a land torn apart by civil war and the return of dragons, a new kind of monster is about to redefine the law.
In the series premiere, Kaelen awakens in the treacherous mountain pass of The Pale. After a deadly encounter with a Frost Troll, he utilizes the "Predator" skill to gain his humanoid form. But his emergence doesn't go unnoticed. Mjoll the Lioness stands guard at a crumbling Shrine of Talos, ready to strike down the "shifter" before him. Will they draw steel, or will a new alliance be forged in the blizzard?
