00:00There's a point in the movie where Calypso tells Odysseus to just basically let go and take a leap of
00:04faith.
00:05Was there ever a moment in your careers where you kind of had to let go and take a leap
00:08of faith?
00:09Yeah, I mean, I started my career on a soap in the UK.
00:12I was on it for nine years, you know, from 16 to 25.
00:16I was not a pretty boy.
00:17I was very much the nerd of the piece.
00:19But I had to choose to leave.
00:22I always knew I wanted to do other stuff.
00:23So that was a big leap of faith for me.
00:25It was scary because I had no idea if I could do other stuff, if I had the capability or
00:28the talent.
00:29But I had to try.
00:30I think this was a big leap of faith to jump into this.
00:33I mean, obviously, Chris is a master director and writer.
00:36But to, you know, be aged that far and to be sight impaired because the context didn't let me see.
00:45And to be on top of this cliff, 900 feet above sea level.
00:50It was a leap of faith, but it was worth it.
