The video captures a hilarious cat-versus-appliance showdown when an everyday chore turns into an intense feline ambush.
In the clip, a pet owner is finishing up chores and pressing the automatic retract button to store the vacuum cord away.
The household cat, already on edge from the loud vacuum noises, spots the cord rapidly zipping back into the machine and mistakes it for a moving snake or tail, instantly launching into a frantic, full-claw attack on the retreating cable.
