00:00Quick note, no real potty training watch here.
00:03These are cheap kids' digital watches, work fine as potty timers because they have alarms.
00:08Script leans on that.
00:11Paragraph 1.
00:12Okay, so if you're potty training a toddler, you already know the struggle, you need a timer,
00:17and you need the kid to actually care about the timer.
00:20That's why so many parents use a cheap kid's watch with an alarm instead of a phone app.
00:25I went through the listings and found the best potty training watch under $28.74 and honestly,
00:31all of these cost less than a coffee.
00:34Here's the 5 worth looking at.
00:36Paragraph 2.
00:38First up, the Sinook Student Electronic Watch at $4.98, and it's the best seller of the bunch
00:44with almost 5,000 sold and a 4.7 rating.
00:47The big thing here is the 7 color glow light, kids press it, it lights up, and that little
00:52reward moment is what makes them want to wear it.
00:55It's waterproof, so splashes and hand washing won't kill it.
00:59At 5 bucks, you can grab two and keep one as backup.
01:03Worth buying for the glow alone.
01:06Paragraph 3.
01:08Next, this fashion kid's LED digital watch at $4.82, the cheapest one on the list.
01:14Don't let the price fool you, nearly 4,900 sold, 4.7 stars.
01:20It's got an alarm clock and a luminous display, which is exactly what you need for the time
01:25to try reminder.
01:26It's light, it's simple, and kids as young as 4 can work the buttons.
01:31If you want the absolute lowest risk option, this is at under $5.
01:36Paragraph 4.
01:38Third, the Uthi CE49 at $5.64, and this one has the best rating of everything here, 4.9 stars.
01:46That's not easy to get with 3,000 reviews.
01:49It's luminous, waterproof, and has a proper alarm clock, but what parents seem to love
01:54is the fit, it's comfortable enough that kids forget they're wearing it.
01:58That matters, because a watch that gets ripped off after 10 minutes trains nobody.
02:03Slightly more money, noticeably better reviews.
02:06That's a good trade.
02:09Paragraph 5.
02:10Fourth, the Sinnoh Colorful Seven Lights Digital Watch at $6.22, 4.8 stars, 3,000 sold.
02:18This is the step-up version of the first one.
02:21Same seven-color light show, but shock-resistant, so it survives being thrown, dropped, and stomped
02:27on by a four-year-old.
02:28If your kid is rough on things, this is the one that won't end up in the trash in a
02:33week.
02:34Six bucks for something that takes real abuse is a genuine steal.
02:38Paragraph 7.
02:40So there you go five potty training watches, all well under $29, most under six.
02:46Links to every single one are in the description below.
02:50Set the alarm, make it a game, and save your sanity.
