After being discharged from a psychiatric hospital, Song Qiao buys a house but is soon confronted with a troublesome neighbor who imposes bizarre rules, litters, and lets their child wreak havoc. When she tries to reason with them, she is humiliated, pushing her already fragile mental state to the edge. Her emotional support dog helps to ease her distress, but things take a darker turn when the neighbor steals her dog and humiliates her further, triggering a mental breakdown.
