00:08the latest incident in the Black Sea which has seen an increase in drone attacks both off Romania and Bulgaria's

00:15coast on NATO's eastern flank.

00:18The vessel, named the Wine Trader, reported a fire at around 7 a.m. inside Romania's territorial waters.

00:25Five sailors were brought by ambulance to the Constanta hospital.
