Ukrainian sea drones reportedly hit another Russian shadow fleet vessel in Black Sea

Sources at Ukraine’s security service claim the Dashan tanker had received "critical damage" after it got hit by sea drones in Black Sea off Crimea’s coast.

00:00Ukraine reportedly struck another oil tanker from Russia's so-called shadow fleet in the Black Sea on Wednesday.
00:09Authorities said naval drones caused critical damage.
00:13Russian officials claimed that three Ukrainian sea drones attacked the tanker,
00:17while a British aircraft was allegedly operating in the western part of the Black Sea during the attack.
00:24Ukraine's security service said the oil tanker was sailing under the flag of Comoros
00:28and was travelling at a fast speed with its transponder turned off.
00:32The vessel was travelling inside Ukraine's exclusive economic zone off the coast of Crimea
00:37and was heading towards a port terminal in Russia.
00:41The EU, the UK, Canada, Australia and Switzerland have previously sanctioned the tanker
00:47for its role in transporting Russian oil and for operating with its vessel identification systems disabled.
00:53Russia uses a shadow fleet which consists of all tankers often travelling under flags
00:58of countries like Comoros and Panama to circumvent western sanctions.
