00:00In Dota Dragon's Blood, there are eight Eldworms which embody the four elemental
00:03and four fundamental forces of nature. Terrorblade's goal is to get all eight
00:08Eldworms and remake creation in his own infernal image. At the beginning of the story, Terrorblade
00:14killed Uldarak and stole his soul. So Terrorblade had one of the eight Eldworms. In the past,
00:21a dragon killed Davion's father, mother, brother, sisters, and his entire village.
00:26As a result, he became a Dragon Knight and devoted his life to killing as many of them
00:31as he could find. Davion is very good at it. He has killed five of the eight types of dragons.
00:37But Davion has begun to change in more ways than one. When Terrorblade possessed Uldarak,
00:43Slyrak awoke, and Davion helped Slyrak kill Uldarak. But Uldarak's soul never resurrected in the Elder
00:50world. So Terrorblade still has control of Uldarak. Since Slyrak was badly injured and dying, his soul
00:57was at risk of being stolen by Terrorblade. That is why Slyrak merged his soul into Davion. He did it
01:04to prevent Terrorblade from easily taking his soul. So long story short, Terrorblade wants to capture
01:10the soul of all eight Eldworms, and now one of them lives inside Davion. And Terrorblade is not the
01:16only character that wants to get Davion so as to get Slyrak. Caden is the only Dragon Knight to have
01:22killed all eight types of dragons, so he is very skilled. His armor is forged from the remains of
01:29dragons, so he also has very useful powers for battle. Twenty years ago, Caden and 29 men
01:35fought Slyrak. Caden was the only man to survive. So for the past 20 years, Caden has hated Slyrak.
01:43That is why he tried to kill Slyrak when he found out that Slyrak was inside Davion.
01:49At the end of Season 1, Caden found Slyrak, turned him back into his Davion form, and dragged him off.
01:56So long story short, Terrorblade wants Slyrak's soul, but Caden now has him. Historically, Caden has
02:03wanted to kill Slyrak. But that may have changed. We'll find out soon in Season 2.
02:08Before we discuss the ending, let's take a look at Mirana. Mirana was the Princess of the Moon,
02:14Princess of the Sun, Princess of Nightsilver Woods. But Fimrin stole the Lotus Flowers from the Temple
02:20of Mene. So Mirana left the Nightsilver Woods to get back the Lotus Flowers.
02:25The shopkeeper told Mirana to go see a sage that keeps to himself and his tower, and he gave her
02:31the
02:32emerald which she used to see the tower. But the shopkeeper would not accept anything as payment.
02:38He told Mirana that he expects a favor in return from a princess who may be more than a princess.
02:46So just like Fimrin, Mirana is special. Maybe she becomes the new goddess of the moon instead of
02:52Fimrin. Or maybe the goddess of the sun. After all, Mirana's uncle is part of the Helio Imperium.
02:59Helio being a word for the sun. Mirana's uncle paid people to imprison her. And the informant
03:05referred to Mirana as the Usurper's Whore. So there's a lot going on with Mirana. Her father
03:10is or was an usurper. But what did he usurp? Who did he usurp it from? And how does Mirana's
03:17uncle play into this? We'll probably find out in Season 2.
03:21Okay, now let's discuss the ending. In order to do that, we actually need to go back a thousand years.
03:28Fimrin told her friends that a thousand years ago, Selimene trapped the goddess of the moon
03:33in shadow. And Terrorblade referred to Selimene as an Usurper. Those two lines suggest that Selimene
03:39was not always the goddess of the moon. Selimene presumably usurped the power from Mene during a
03:46Blood Moon. Selimene and the Invoker had a child named Filomena. Filomena was alive when the Invoker
03:52raised the tower. It was a warm and welcoming place. But Filomena was sad because her mother,
03:58Selimene, never visited them. On top of that, Filomena became sick after visiting her mother.
04:05Her health worsened and the doctors could not help. So the Invoker and Filomena traveled over the
04:10mountains to ask for her mother's help. Selimene told them to give her their devotion,
04:16faith, and worship. So the Invoker knelt and vowed to give her those things. But Filomena told her
04:22mother that she would not do it. That she loved her, but she did not want a goddess. She wanted
04:28a mother. As a result, Selimene did not heal her daughter. So Filomena died. For the next thousand
04:36years, the Invoker was a hermit in his secret tower. But one day, Fimrin showed up. None of Fimrin's
04:43friends could see the tower. But she could. So she was the first person to find the Invoker's tower
04:48in a thousand years. The Invoker gave Fimrin a coin. And her friends told her that she looked
04:54like the girl on the coin. As that happened, the Invoker was watching Fimrin from a vision in the
05:00water and said, Mene. So it is implied that Mene was a goddess of the moon who Selimene usurped.
05:07Since Fimrin has special powers, and since she looks like Mene,
05:11the Invoker has come to believe that Fimrin carries Mene's blood. In other words,
05:16Fimrin may fulfill prophecy. The return of Mene.
05:21That is why the Invoker struck a bargain with Terrorblade. Seven souls for one. Selimene's.
05:27So far, Terrorblade possessed one of the eight Eldworms. Olderak. The Invoker captured a second Eldworm.
05:35Lyrak. So Terrorblade wants six more Eldworms. And one has merged itself with Davian.
05:41Caden now has Davian. And assuming he doesn't kill Davian, Caden could be a powerful ally.
05:48Over the course of Season 1, Davian and Mirana developed strong feelings for one another. So
05:53she is another powerful ally. And with her comes Marcy. Maybe even Luna as well.
05:59Davian also built a friendship with Fimrin, who has very useful powers. But ultimately,
06:04the Invoker may be the most powerful of them all. He gave Davian special armor. So he has built trust
06:11with Davian. Yet at the same time, the Invoker has secretly made a bargain with Terrorblade to give
06:16every Eldworm soul to Terrorblade. And one of those souls is currently inside Davian.
06:22And two.
06:24Huh?
06:26good
06:27Good
06:27Good
06:27Good
06:27Good
