00:06then of course the United States, as the borrower,
00:09has to pay interest for the money it borrows.
00:13Which means that you and I and everybody else
00:15gets to pay taxes every year that go to Washington,
00:19where they don't fund our roads or schools or hospitals.
00:22It's money that the United States government collects
00:24and sends to Beijing to pay interest on the debt.
00:29And the Chinese use to develop the Red Army.
00:34Do you understand?
00:35All of this has to happen beneath the surface.
00:38Because if Americans understood what I just said,
00:41they would realize that beneath all the low reality is the opposite.
