00:19Welcome everyone to MHW. We are here in Los Angeles, California, and this empty arena is about to set the

00:25stage for one of the biggest nights in MHW history.

00:29I'm Greg Norton, and joining us tonight is our interviewer, Megan Sherry. Megan, welcome to MHW.

00:36Thank you, Greg. Tonight is all about the final steps toward Mixed Honor Warfare, and believe me, there is plenty

00:44to talk about.

00:45And of course, sitting alongside me is the Horseman Evans.

00:48Greg, Megan, tonight isn't just another episode. This is the calm before the storm, and next week the entire MHW

00:55World Championship landscape could change forever.

00:58That's right. Next week is Mixed Honor Warfare, and the MHW World Championship will be defended in one of the

01:05most unpredictable matches in professional wrestling, the Aztec Warfare match.

01:11And tonight we get one final look at the men entering that battlefield, because MHW will hold a special press

01:18conference featuring the current Aztec Warfare participants and their managers.

01:23Mixed Honor Warfare is almost here. The road ends next week.

01:27This year began with a question that shook Mixed Honor Wrestling to its core.

01:34Who attacked Sokolov? And why?

01:37In the darkness of the parking lot, Alexander left the former world champion injured, and MHW would never be the

01:47same.

01:48For weeks, the truth remained hidden. Then Alexander finally revealed his reasons.

01:54The man behind the attack stepped forward, joined Samantha's office, and emerged as the most powerful force in MHW.

02:04While Alexander's power grew, a 16-man tournament determined who would challenge for the television championship.

02:12Lance Jones retained his title, overcoming every obstacle.

02:18Niles survived his side of the bracket, and their rivalry exploded when Niles came within reach of the title.

02:25Then, MHW was thrown into chaos.

02:30Amy was kidnapped by King Klein and the Nine Time Drillas.

04:48And with the event just around the corner, I thought we'd take a moment to look back at everything that's

04:52happened since Crown or Collapse.

04:54There have been so many incredible moments, Greg.

04:58For me, Diego Munoz's return has to be near the top of that list.

05:02After everything he's been through, seeing him back inside an MHW ring was something special.

05:09You are high, Megan.

05:10The best moment for me was Alexander becoming world champion and ending months of mystery.

05:15Whether people like him or not, he has completely changed the landscape of MHW.

05:20I'd have to say the Television Championship Tournament, 16 competitors, Lance Jones escaping every situation.

05:28Niles' story run all the way to the final.

05:31Then Niles getting so close to winning his first championship.

05:34And there is a possibility that Niles could win the MHW World Championship.

05:39And speaking of someone who's been at the center of almost all of it, let's bring in the MHW General

05:44Manager, Samantha.

05:46Samantha, thank you for joining us.

05:49My pleasure. It's good to be here.

05:51The MHW conference is coming up later and of course, Mixed Honor Warfare is right around the corner.

05:57How would you describe the success of MHW since Crown or Collapse?

06:02I would describe it as exceptional.

06:05We've seen tremendous growth across the company.

06:08We've created major championship opportunities, we've elevated new talent, and we've continued delivering events that people want to watch.

06:16From a business perspective, the trajectory has been extremely positive.

06:22Let's talk about Adam Ball, he left the office.

06:24Are you disappointed and should we expect another member to join?

06:28Of course I'm sad that Adam chose to leave the office.

06:31We've accomplished a great deal together, and I respect the decision he's made.

06:36But this is a business, Evans.

06:39Sometimes people move in different directions.

06:41As for the future of the office, I'm still evaluating our options.

06:45I'm looking for the right person, not simply another person.

06:50When that decision is made, everyone will know.

06:52Let's talk about Amy.

06:54Her kidnapping was one of the most disturbing moments we've seen this year.

06:58Has that changed your relationship with her?

07:01Absolutely.

07:02Seeing what happened to Amy reminded me that this business can be extremely dangerous.

07:08Regardless of what happens inside these walls, Amy is family, and I'm grateful that she is safe.

07:14Megan may have a different opinion on some of Amy's decisions, but I believe Amy understands what this business requires.

07:21I trust that she'll do the right thing for MHW.

07:24Or the right thing for the office?

07:26Sometimes, Megan, those two things are exactly the same.

07:32Finally, Mixed Honor Warfare, the World Championship will be defended in Aztec Warfare.

07:37You've got numerous challengers, managers with their own agendas, and Alexander entering as champion.

07:42Who do you expect to walk out with that championship?

07:46As general manager, I have to remain impartial.

07:50My responsibility is to MHW, not to any individual competitor.

07:55But I would be lying if I said I didn't recognize what Alexander has accomplished.

08:00He's already proven that he can survive the pressure.

08:03He hasn't been pinned or submitted his entire time in MHW.

08:07All I'm saying is that it would be very difficult to bet against a world champion who has already proven

08:13he belongs at the top.

08:14Strong words from our general manager.

08:17And with Aztec Warfare coming, we'll find out whether those words become reality.

08:27So Samantha has made it clear that she believes Alexander has what it takes to survive Aztec Warfare.

08:34But there is one thing a champion can never escape.

08:37Another contender.

08:39Before he became one of MHW's most powerful contenders, Joseph Wright's journey began thousands of miles away in Kampala, Uganda.

08:51Joseph grew up surrounded by family.

08:54The Wright family is massive, and that upbringing gave Joseph something that would stay with him throughout his life.

09:00The importance of loyalty, determination, and standing together.

09:06After completing his education in Uganda, Joseph traveled to the United States, where he continued his studies at North Carolina

09:16Agricultural and Technical State University, pursuing structural engineering.

09:21But while Joseph was building his future outside the ring, another passion was taking shape.

09:28He began learning the craft of professional wrestling under the guidance of Apollo Crews.

09:34Then came an opportunity that would change his career.

09:38Samuel Katoomba offered Joseph the chance to become his tag team partner.

09:44Joseph accepted, and together, they entered MHW, ready to make their mark.

09:51But MHW was never going to make their journey easy.

09:54Samantha wanted the tag team championships under the control of the office, putting pressure on the untamable Samoans, Diego and

10:04Hernandez, New Jay City, and Joseph and Samuel.

10:09To fight back against Samantha's influence, Joseph was joined by someone who knew him better than almost anyone.

10:16His partner, Diana Wright.

10:18Then, following the controversial events involving the untamable Samoans in the office, the MHW Tag Team Championships were deactivated.

10:30Joseph and Samuel were now forced to find a new path.

10:34Two partners with the same dream, becoming MHW World Champion, without allowing that ambition to destroy what they had built

10:43together.

10:43Neither man has captured the MHW World Championship yet.

10:49But Joseph Wright enters mixed honor warfare, as one of the men capable of taking it.

10:55There's just one problem.

10:57He still hasn't overcome Alexander.

11:01Can Joseph Wright finally finish what he started?

11:21For me, it's the unpredictability.

11:24You can have a plan going into Aztec Warfare, but with so many competitors involved, one moment can completely change

11:32I'm looking forward to seeing who breaks first.

11:35Everyone says they're ready for this match, but when the World Championship is sitting there, friendships disappear very quickly.

11:43Plus, Diego Munoz is about to get injured in this match, which is best for business.

11:47And I'm looking forward to seeing whether Alexander can actually survive everyone coming after him.

11:54And speaking of competitors with their eyes on that championship, joining us now are Jerome Sharp and Amy.

12:07Jerome, let's start with King Klyon. He's gone from MHW after you defeated him.

12:11How does it feel knowing that chapter is finally over?

12:15Honestly, it's a relief.

12:17King Klyon caused a lot of pain, a lot of problems, and he took things way too far.

12:22But I finally got the opportunity to end it.

12:24He cost me the MHW World Championship when I was fighting Adam Ball.

12:29And for a long time, I had to carry that frustration with me.

12:32Now, he's gone.

12:34That chapter is closed.

12:36And that means I can finally focus on what I've wanted all along.

12:39Becoming MHW World Champion.

12:42Amy, what about you?

12:43After everything that happened between you and King Klyon, are you relieved that he's no longer here?

12:50Of course I am. There's finally some closure.

12:53King Klyon was part of my past, and I don't want to keep living in that past.

12:58I've changed. I've grown.

13:00I'm not the same woman I was before all of this happened.

13:03And Mixed Honor Warfare is another opportunity for me to prove that.

14:41Obviously, I'd love to draw a number toward the end.

14:44The longer I can stay fresh, the better my chances are.

14:47But I don't care what number I get.

14:48When that opportunity comes, I'm going to take it.

14:51I've waited too long for this.

14:53I promise you, I am leaving Mixed Honor Warfare as the MHW World Champion.

14:59And I'll be there to celebrate with him when he does.

15:21or Collapse.

15:22Lance Jones and Niles have fought their way through one another.

15:25And now both men have something even bigger in front of them.

15:28The MHW World Championship.

15:30Let's take a look.

15:32Who is Lance Jones?

15:34Before the championships.

15:37Before the controversy.

15:39Before the trash talk.

15:41There was a kid from Jacksonville, Florida, who started training for professional wrestling at just eight years old.

15:48Lance spent his early years wrestling part-time on the independent scene.

15:53But after high school, everything changed.

15:55Wrestling became his life.

15:58And Lance took his talents across the world.

16:02Mexico.

16:03The United Kingdom.

16:04Japan.

16:05Everywhere Lance went, he competed.

16:08He collected championships.

16:10And he built a reputation for two things.

16:13His ability inside the ring.

16:15And his mouth outside of it.

16:18Brash.

16:19Confident.

16:21Unapologetic.

16:21Lance Jones never needed an invitation to tell you exactly how good he believed he was.

16:28After an unsuccessful WWE tryout.

16:32One that ended with Lance's performance leaving a producer in tears.

16:36An opportunity arrived from MHW.

16:40Lance didn't waste it.

16:42He was given an opportunity at the MHW Television Championship.

16:46And despite controversy surrounding the victory, Lance walked away with the title.

16:52For the past two years, Lance Jones has defended that championship by any means necessary.

16:59Rules. Shortcuts. Controversy.

17:02It doesn't matter to Lance.

17:04The Television Championship belongs to him.

17:07Then, just before Sokolov was attacked in the MHW parking lot,

17:13Lance was scheduled for an opportunity at the World Championship.

17:16But everything changed.

17:18And Lance was forced into the league instead.

17:21He finished second from the bottom.

17:24Samantha then put everything on the line at crown or collapse.

17:28Lose to Diego Munoz.

17:30And Lance would lose his championship.

17:32And his job.

17:34Lance won.

17:35And his reward?

17:38More television championship defenses.

17:40But now, after surviving everything MHW has thrown at him,

17:46Lance Jones has another opportunity.

17:48The MHW World Championship.

17:52Lance Jones has spent his career proving people wrong.

17:56Surviving situations designed to break him.

17:59And finding a way to come out on top.

18:25Who is the natural Niles?

18:28To understand his journey, you have to go back to the first time he stood across the ring from an

18:34MHW world champion.

18:37I remember walking through that curtain and feeling the nerves immediately.

18:41King Kline was the world champion, and this was my first world championship match.

18:45When they announced both of us, I got goosebumps.

18:48I could hear the crowd. I could feel the atmosphere.

18:51It was electric.

18:53Then that bell rang, and everything changed.

18:55I wasn't thinking about the nerves anymore.

18:57I was thinking about one thing, winning that championship.

19:01I gave everything I had.

19:03Kline hit me with some of his most devastating moves, and somehow I kept kicking out.

19:07I kept telling myself, you can do this.

19:10I kept getting back up.

19:11I kept fighting.

19:12And then I hit sweet chin music.

19:14I thought that was it.

19:16I thought, this is the moment.

19:17I finally won the world championship.

19:20But Kline kicked out.

19:21And eventually, I lost.

19:23But that was then.

19:25I've learned from it.

19:26I've grown from it.

19:27And this time, I'm ready.

19:29The natural has been waiting for another opportunity.

19:33At Mixed Honor Warfare, Niles gets his chance to finish what he started.

19:41We're now joined by Arjun the Tiger Ray, Thunderstorm Lei Zhang, and their manager, Victoria Hale.

19:48These two men will be involved in Aztec Warfare for the MHW World Championship at Mixed Honor Warfare.

19:55Victoria, last week, Ray and Zhang defeated Diego Munoz and Hernandez Jr.

20:30There are more than 20 competitors in this match.

20:33You have two men in there, but only one man can become world champion.

20:36What happens when Ray and Zhang eventually have to compete against each other?

20:48Ray and Zhang will be fighting with purpose.

20:51They don't need to eliminate each other.

20:53They need to eliminate everyone standing between them and that championship.

20:58And when the opportunity comes, the best man will take it.

22:13He's been through king client, controversy, and disappointment.

22:17I think Jerome has something to prove.

22:20And this could be his moment.
