00:11and a shop on the 30th of September. The RASPCA says some were struggling to breathe and all were
00:17underweight with heavy flea infestations. Two cats are receiving treatment at Birmingham
00:23Animal Hospital for anaemia, dehydration and fleas. The remaining 24 are recovering in the charity's
00:30care and will be rehomed when ready. The discovery comes amid a rise in mass cat incidents with the
00:37RSPCA reporting more than 1,700 cases involving 10 or more cats last year.
