00:00Sammy.
00:02Charlie Bear.
00:03Let's get down to brass tacks.
00:05Lawyer to lawyer.
00:07Kelly Wilson.
00:09She doesn't just need a lawyer, she needs an advocate.
00:12The police think she's a cold-blooded psychopath.
00:14Because she murdered two people.
00:17Talk to the girl.
00:19There's more to her story than what you're hearing.
00:25Why are you here?
00:27Dad's in the hospital and you saw two people gunned down.
00:30You don't know anything about me.
00:32We haven't seen each other in over ten years.
00:47You came down, you did your part, you're a good sister and a good daughter, now go back to New
00:51York and keep living your perfect life.
00:56What would make a teenage girl do this?
00:58There's no cruelty in that girl.
01:00She wouldn't have done something like that.
01:02Kelly, tell me the truth.
01:05I just don't want to get in trouble for lying.
01:09He said it makes it worse when you lie.
01:12Who said that?
01:16What the hell is going on?
01:18It's complicated as the kids say.
01:21Hey!
01:22We should call the police.
01:24No, Darnold.
01:25Police probably did it.
01:27Take care of yourself, Samantha.
01:30I'd hate to have to pull you out of the creek.
01:32Again.
01:33This is completely unethical.
01:35Welcome home.
01:36A lot of money to be made in tragedy.
01:39Criminal cases are like an Etch-a-Sketch.
01:41You gotta keep shaking them until you get the full picture.
01:44That's not how an Etch-a-Sketch works.
01:51When you keep a secret, it can turn you into a person you don't want to be.
02:00Mom made me promise that I'll always find you.
02:04Charlie, go!
02:06And I let you get lost for too long.
02:08But I'm here, Charlie.
02:12And I'm not going away.
