00:00Chelsea's Morgan Rodgers has continued to underline his technical quality for England
00:07during the international break with the former Aston Villa forward and current Chelsea player
00:14having a key role in the win over Czechia. Thomas Tuchel has said he wants his side to
00:20have that technical quality. Here's what the manager had to say after the Czechia match.
00:28Yeah of course we want to give them a structure and we want to give a structure where they feel
00:32themselves where they can express themselves but it has to be in a structure we cannot just
00:38throw a ball in and let them play but we have a we have a shift in how we approach
00:43training and we
00:44had a shift in how we approach the game so yeah there were slight tweaks in the positioning of
00:49our players Jude plays closer to Harry for example and there were some some some other tweaks
00:56we attack with the fullbacks and yeah don't want to give everything away but yeah there are some
01:02slight adjustments that first of all suit into the into the quality of the players into the
01:09characteristic of the players and how the team wants to move forward and how the team wants to
01:14take the next step so this is what we try to do we try to build football teams and and
01:20the the more time
01:20we have the easier it is because we can repeat stuff we can debrief we can have a review of
01:26of matches
01:26of training sessions that just gave us a bit of more time
01:29you
