Isabela Vice Mayor Harold Respicio challenged Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla to take a drug test with him after the Cabinet official reportedly said Respicio looked like he was using drugs.

Respicio said he was willing to give a blood sample to prove that he was not using illegal drugs. Remulla’s comments came after Respicio’s heated exchange with barangay officials went viral on social media. (Video courtesy of Vice Mayor Harold Respicio)
