A major milestone was marked under Project Cheetah as KJP21, a 32-month-old Indian-born female cheetah, gave birth to five healthy cubs at Kuno National Park. KJP21 is the third Indian-born female cheetah to deliver cubs, following Mukhi and KJP12, marking a key development in the emergence of India's next-generation cheetah population. Following the birth of these five cubs, the total cheetah count in India has climbed to 60, which now includes 41 Indian-born cheetahs.
