00:00It feels good to be back out with the guys, to fight through that adversity and kind of have the
00:03ups and downs of that game and being able to find a way in that last drive.
00:06And it only felt right for 2-3 to get in the end zone to kind of cap off our
00:10drive and put the ball on the ground and impose our physicality right there at the end.
00:15I think being able to come in at halftime, everybody being able to mentally reset and refocus, there were things
00:20that we were close to executing on in the second half.
00:23The opportunities that came our way, especially in the past game, but especially us as the White House being an
00:27influence in the run game, I think it paid dividend in that last drive.
00:31That's one thing I'll never do again.
00:32You know, I never jumped over anybody in my career.
00:34That was my first attempt ever, and I probably won't do it again.
00:37But it was cool being able to, you know, still hold on to that ball and be able to come
00:41back, you know, make some plays after that.
00:42And obviously getting that penalty that allowed us to get into the field position to go score.
00:46So, yeah, I definitely put anything on the line for my teammates.
00:49You know, I think the cool thing about our group is, you know, we were steady the whole game.
00:54Things were going our way.
00:55We were, you know, either I'm throwing a bad pass, we're not catching one.
01:00We go backwards with a penalty after the first time we get field position, you know, all day.
01:04So we just had any way you could shoot yourself in the foot, we were doing it on an offensive
01:08side of the ball.
01:10So, but we just kept the belief.
01:12Our defense, like I said, kept us in and gave us opportunities to stay in that game.
01:16And just proud of, you know, the resilience of our group.
01:19You know, there are so many things that we can clean up, but for our group to come alive when
01:23they did
01:24and find a way to make the plays and so many different guys, I'm really proud of them.
01:28And there's a lot of things.
01:30It's always a lot easier to be able to clean some stuff up.
01:32But, man, defensively, you know, just what a job by them.
01:35Keep making them snap it one more time.
01:37Get stop after stop.
01:39We tried to, you know, do a lot of things that were not in alignment with what is winning football.
01:44But you can't win it until the fourth quarter.
01:46And our guys came alive when they did.
01:48A lot of gutsy efforts.
01:50And I have a headache from hell right now.
01:52But I am really proud of this group.
01:54I think a lot of teams would have folded in those situations.
01:57But our defense kept giving us a reason to believe.
02:00And really proud of them.
02:02And I'm proud of the offense and the special teams coming to life when they had to.
02:05And got to figure out how we play more complementary football.
02:08But to come in here, a tough atmosphere and to be able to get the win, there's no style points
02:13in this league.
02:14But I do think a lot of growth can come from this.
