00:01Hello and welcome. Welcome back to video number two. This one is how to assemble the actual template.
00:09If you want to see it from the absolute first beginning, you can. You don't need to learn that part.
00:15And I'll tell you the reason why you don't need to learn it. Because the template is already made.
00:19It's copy and paste content. But I want to show you how to put it together.
00:24So this is what we do. And I want to show you how to resize your photo.
00:29It doesn't matter which photo you've got. You can put it on there. And then of course.
00:34All of them. I'll show you that.
00:38If you open it, and we'll zoom in. So you can actually read it.

00:44So this is our template. Right?
00:48Okay, so this is our template. Now, depending on which photograph is in here.
00:52Which video. Which glyph file. Doesn't matter. Whatever you put in there.
00:56You want to change text.
00:58For that particular actual object.

01:02So you put a photo in there.
01:04You change the text. And of course.
01:06You set these to zero.
01:09To start with. Right?
01:10And then of course. If somebody pays you a visit.

05:03Go back to the pink one.

05:08Now what you can do.
05:09You can zoom to that.
05:11And then what you want you do.
05:12You zoom back out a little bit.
05:14And put it down to the bottom.
05:16Scroll down.
05:17And paste your text box.
05:20And stick it somewhere.
05:21next to the bottom of that and then pull it back up so we twist the red bar because you
05:28don't want it too big
05:29you don't want it too small either and now if you save that you can see notice that we've got
05:34a two
05:35toned background that'd be great of course as in the corner at the top doesn't matter because we're
05:41going to keep replacing that with a simple photo right so this is how you do it let's pretend now
05:47i want this on there if you want to do that i'll show you two ways to do your photograph

05:55you take your photograph i'll copy this one first and i'll paste it right there right now what do i
06:01want to do i'm going to edit my photograph i'll zoom in it's that purple part there grab this and
06:09touch
06:09this right on that purple bar just like that now of course we can take that oh look at this
06:17now we've
06:17got now i can pick this one or this one or i can pick this one because these are now
06:22the same size as
06:23that right so if i take this and go here select all of it copy it and close it go
06:34to a template
06:35this is my standard template and just paste it and you can see my template now has just changed
06:42oh look at this now it's starting to look like that of course i chose black for the background this

06:49is gray i mean okay kind of gray i can go here if i want to okay now of course
06:56if i pick let's say a
06:57different color let's say black yeah and clearly black okay coffee now you'll notice i've got exactly the
07:05same template as that and then of course i created myself a little bit different so the little part
07:14look like this if you right click if you want to make it from scratch just right click in the
07:19screen
07:20go to new file i make my little while separate i go here because i can copy and paste it
07:26everywhere
07:27and then what i do i'm going to turn on the grid keep the grid zoom into that
07:36if it's too big just kind of drag that down a little bit and then kind of just zoom into
07:42it
07:43as far as you can go okay i'll do that part now this is what you want to do you
07:48want to pick some
07:49random color feel of our let's say red what so we have red we can green doesn't matter which whatever
07:55you want maybe it's a blue level okay maybe yeah which whatever color you want now press pencil so
08:02color pencil now of course you want to work out the size of your level you want to put one
08:09at the bottom
08:10put two now of course you don't want to put two at a bottom then put four right now of
08:21course go one over
08:22side of it don't come there if you go there press up go here and fill the gap in okay
08:30now i want to go
08:31an extra one and an extra one because i want to make this one pretty big then just make a
08:36line okay
08:38and what you can do make another line if you want to but i wouldn't really make a smaller line
08:42like that i would go one less let's say do these two doing these two oh look at that now
08:51we've got
08:51a nice little bar of course what you do is press this and you cut that out so you just
08:55go here
08:58and you tally to choppy now if i save that oh look at this i've now got something brand new
09:06little bar of course that one is a little bit smaller than that one see that one now it's smaller
09:12than
09:13this one but it doesn't matter which one they use so i said i'll copy this
09:20and i'll paste it right so i can right check on that i can go to edit and i can
09:25change the color to blue
09:28and i'll just go on top of it and color it in blue and now i've got a blue one
09:34now we'll be saving the key making that one again
09:38and i'll say i don't need to remake it because now look i've got a blue one because it's a
09:43copy of that one
09:45and if i want that one red i'll just basically copy that just get off the screen because i'm stuck

09:52the screen just copy it and paste it that's it the color depends on whether you want go here edit
09:59to color this in you are recommending that you speak into it and pick a color let's say red
10:06and then call that one in red okay now as you can see i've got a blue one and i've
10:12got a red one
10:13and a bar a red one and a blue one of course you would also have a green one as
10:18well just in case
10:19you want to use them like traffic lights on your website so it's up to you how you want to
10:24do it
10:24so now you want to open your template well first you want to add the text in now so how
10:30i can do it
10:31as i'll show you how to add text but i want to do different zoom in just twice pick text

10:38see this one and as soon as you drag the box you'll say what's all you need you know you
10:45saw is 12
10:46for the top of the actual menu let's type the word template
10:56type 2026 on that and make it bold you can press that if you want to change the color of
11:04that we can
11:04press this and we can basically change the color on the blue bar and we can leave a little bit
11:10of white
11:11or we can change the orange you can make it stand out a bit more just so it looks a
11:16little bit different
11:17that is a template okay that's your text right so you can put in there whatever you want
11:22okay go here make yourself some new text boxes okay change it to eight and type in here whatever it
11:32is
11:32that you want to type in there and pick the color that you want so i'll pick in here okay
11:37i'm still
11:38going to have orange right so we're going to put and let's put downloads
11:49download i'm going to put two dots on now the downloads are going to be let's put a couple of
11:56zero because depending on how many downloads they are there's no download yet but now i can just leave
12:03all that of course i can add some dals in here as well if i want to like views and
12:08as i said you get the
12:09idea and then you just change the actual text and to change the actual numbers if you want to change
12:16them so let's say we close this now and we save it okay so that one is that one it's
12:23exactly the same
12:24okay so you go back to it
12:30back out of that and just turn this off press that turn it off zoom okay so we want to
12:35be able to see that
12:36now how do you update the numbers well this is what you do all you do don't forget you got
12:41the
12:41template for the original photo right so the original photo is here okay and all you have to do is
12:47really upload it to your site but before you do that go to edit and i'm going to change the
12:54zeros
12:55so i'm going to go here i'm going to change them to green
13:01and i'm going to say we got nine downloads yeah i'm going to be generous this is what you do

13:08select that this is what i told you to do just for convenience and put that on top of that
13:16this part you just press black over here and fill it back in now you're not going to get anything
13:24much easier ideally than that so if you look right now oh look at this our downloads had not we've
13:32so
13:32far on this particular thing we've had nine downloads and of course how much money has you made
13:39yeah well we don't know how much money is made because we haven't added nothing to it again you're
13:44doing exactly the same with the money so i'll recommend about once a month go and look at your item

16:34and the power sign is still let's say red if you want to
16:41okay now of course the money itself would be red okay number minus 10p like what yeah don't forget if
16:54you add that over your whole entire website yeah it's going to count a lot it really is so just

17:02that back down to where your money is so whatever you're sharing on this photograph so let's go pick
17:11a subject for it because wherever it is it's losing money because nobody likes it i think great let's go
17:20to downloads i'm going to write it on that i'll go off the screen and i'm going to copy it

19:17resize it that's what i would do but because it's a small photo anyway it doesn't really make much
19:22difference and go back here save me now this is the thing that's actually losing me money i think
19:31it's okay i'll say this one is actually a story it's actually believe it or not it's actually making money
19:36ideally as i said every like once a month i will come back into the photograph into the actual phone
19:45where that is if it's doing well and of course i see how well it's doing and i update the
19:51views i update
19:53the video clips i update the downloads and i update money that way if anybody's actually on the website
20:00they can actually see if it's actually making money or not and if somebody really kind of don't like it
20:08if they don't we can change the love heart make it all sad and depressed now you come on it's

20:16that bad you have to like it a little bit so okay what kind of heart you want we have

20:22he's not going to get a gold love heart until his results make it all proper serious money so yes

23:00leave it on you can go here turn off the grid now what you want to do is basically go

23:08press this and you move this not like that go here select it and push it all the way to
23:15the top
23:15scroll to the top make sure you're on top scroll it push it right to the very very very top
23:23when you're happy go to the bottom pull the bottom back to the text box okay okay now we've got
23:32a love heart and now you've got a text box of course if we don't want a love heart on
23:36there
23:36we can go back into edit do it back in press the box we can go here drag it press
23:45this drag your box and
23:47that's coming up press save now you can put them apart somewhere else and this one of course we would
23:56copy that because this really ideally would be the main template so yeah so this is how you cut up

24:04content right the photo is easier okay zoom into the photograph you go at the bottom and you pull it
24:13right to the bottom of the photograph there you go so that's it that's all as you can see that's

24:22whole template this is the whole template in pieces okay to get the measurements of whatever you want
24:30click the photo off the screen at the bottom right just right down at the bottom go to the very
24:38bottom and press properties properties to details put it over here i know that this one is just there so
24:50it's 202 202 right this one is 202 and the height is 113 that's the width
25:08and this one is the photo
25:17that's the photo so now if i get any photograph that i want i can just basically copy the name
25:27paste it on the new photograph if i want to and then of course when i actually open the photograph
25:33i don't have to go and find the measurements because the measurements are right there so that's it so
25:41find the photograph scale it down and stick it back inside there not inside there you're putting the
25:46photograph inside there that's what you do okay and of course again one last time right click go to the
25:53bottom i apologize off the screen right click go to the bottom properties in properties press details
26:00and this is what you want okay so the top will stay the same and it's 94 right this one

26:21yeah of course you've got on that text box okay that's it that's your whole entire template
26:26so when you download the template say we're giving you all separately an individual
26:33yeah you've got the whole entire text box there and of course now we can click on this
26:39you you do the same thing for the solos of that if you want to put properties
26:43zoom into it click the color you want let's say green
26:47put it in green say yeah and say okay because now somebody wants a green number right click
26:55edit edit and zoom in zoom it go here select all of it copy it go back to your full
27:04template
27:05once you've put it once you put it together i would recommend zoom in a little bit
27:09paste put it if you want to i've said it's a little bit on the small side so it's hard
27:17to grab
27:18See how that look? You can grab it. If you just move around carefully, you can grab it.
27:24So this is what I do. I say zoom in the ball and then paste it.
27:29It makes it easier to grab it.
27:32Great. It's only because it's really, really kind.
27:35And now I'll put this right here somewhere.
27:38I want to put it in there. I'll show you what I can do.
27:41Let me see. Now it looks like that.
27:44I've got yellow one, I've got green one.
27:47And now I can just go back in here.
27:48I don't have to do that because all I had to do was copy and paste that and put it
27:53there.
