00:28involving a 21-year-old motorcyclist, his 19-year-old pillion rider, and two marathon participants.

00:41that had been closed off with traffic cones.
00:44He said the motorcyclist was ordered to stop by police personnel manning the road closure,
00:50but instead fled against the flow of traffic before hitting the two runners.

00:59and is receiving treatment at Prince Court Medical Center.
