00:45For the staff, it's definitely a big ramp up as we get to this time of year with the games.
00:51It just becomes a non-stop event between concerts and flipping into Bulls, Blackhawks.
00:58So a lot of energy, a lot of business, and yeah, we're excited to host the city of Chicago

01:05Not only does the staff handle the food, but they also, of course, handle the drinks.
01:09And there are tons to pick from, both of the non-alcoholic and alcoholic variety.

01:24Whatever ingredient we use, I learn something basically every day when I come into work.
01:29There's always something that you have to have room for error to fix and learn from your
01:34mistakes.
01:35That's what keeps me driving to be a bartender, and that's what keeps me here overall at the
01:40United Center.
01:40We have a great team here, we developed a great chemistry, and that's something that
01:45I thrive for.
