Giant Snakehead (Toman) fishing using live catfish and eel as bait in a wild swamp lake in Indonesia!
In this video I try bottom fishing for the first time targeting monster Toman. The average Toman here doesn't want to eat artificial lures, so I use real live bait with super strong rig "Konceran Jitu" from Parades.
Setup:
- Rod: Parades Minion by Dudit Widodo & Cepi Anwar
- Bait: Live Catfish & Eel
- Location: Wild swamp lake, Indonesia
I saw baby Toman (red) and 2 huge parents guarding them. After several casts, finally my rod got a brutal bite but missed the hook! So close!
