Step 1: Seek the Lord, because He is listening.
Step 2: He delivers you from all your fears.
So how do we seek Him? Get into the Word. Spend time in your prayer closet. Find a quiet place like Jesus did. Talk with other believers who can encourage you.
Today, make some time and space to seek the Lord with no phone and no distractions, so you can hear Him and receive His deliverance from your fear.
