SNL legend and Crystal Head Vodka founder Dan Aykroyd just told CNN that President Trump’s ban on Canadian alcohol will kill his business. He says he faces two choices: shut everything down and lay off workers or keep operating at a permanent loss that looks like a failed Soviet enterprise. Aykroyd calls that communism, not capitalism. American distributors and retailers who built the brand with him are about to lose their margins too. This is a direct hit on a successful Canadian-American business partnership.
