00:08is back at the Tour and over the past few months teams have been putting in a shed load of

00:12to optimize their TT setups and they're very different to what they were like 16 years ago.
00:18Take a look at Jonas Vingegaard's and Jorgensen's bikes and they now have custom-made TT extensions
00:23from Vision that are molded to their forearms and exact body positions. They also now use
00:29lenticular disc brake wheels rather than rim brake ones. This one is a Vision TFW wheel
00:34fitted to a Bahrain Victorious bike with a complete carbon monoblock for maximum performance.
