01:36It was prompted by Panelo's reaction to the Senate Impeachment Court's ruling that changed the voting threshold for conviction.
01:43Panelo says he isn't covered by the subjudicia rule and commented the proceedings have become a joke.
01:48He also mentions Poa's name, noting that the defense lawyer is being careful, and adds they may possibly raise the
01:54matter to the Supreme Court.

03:11Duterte allegedly took a paper bag and ordered him to give a suitcase to Jeffrey Tupas, a former Davao City

03:18He also alleges the suitcase contained 20 million pesos cash.
03:22Gracioso says there were similar incidents like this almost 10 times from 2018 to 2020.
