In a bloodline-dominated werewolf world, avatar-less Elara is dumped by her fiancé and sacrificed to forbidden deathlands. In the abyss, she meets blinded exiled tyrant Kaelen, who holds a destructive apocalyptic avatar. They make a blood pact and escape. Elara’s World Tree avatar awakens to restore Kaelen’s sight. Returning to their clans, they expose the ritual conspiracy, overthrow bloodline rule and seize the throne.
